free roll poker stars mistake

So, this has happened before.  I only play on the free site at PokerStars, just for the shits.  The only real poker I play is live. 

 

Anyway, I have pocket As, villain has QJ, board is xxJ77.  PokerStars awards the pot to villain with two pair, 7s and Js.  WTF??!?!  Am I crazy or didn't I just win that hand with two pair, 7s and As???

 

It's the free site, but still.  That makes me very nervous if I were to ever deposit any money and play for real.  This has happened before, and I actually emailed them.  They reassured me that their software is full proof.  Obviously, it is not.

they have all hands on record..you should ask for a request

i play at pokerstars for very small amounts of cash, been doin it for a couple years. Never have I seen this happen...but i have a tendancy to only pay attention to the screen if im in the hand. So thats a lot of missed results of hands....just my experience.
