$ for the Indian Reservation

Welp. Over the past 2 days of playing some live poker I have managed to scrounge up about 400 bucks to go play at the Winstar Indian Reservation casino in oklahoma. Anyone know anything about the poker at this place or anything about it all?? Ill be honest I havent heard anything good at all...but me and my buddies are gonna go for the weekend and camp and get drunk and gamble during the day. Anyone know anything about the poker or the casino at all???

I tried to let you know in the other thread---it may not happen the first time but IT WILL HAPPEN if you play high enough stakes--but why even go and support them

thanks for the info. superbeets...yea but my main focus is just on the poker there really. Im not really into slots or anything like that but i might look into a little blackjack if i dont play poker the whole time. IDK i was just really curious about it. Never been and was trying to get some useful info on it.

these fuckin Indians, their policy is, if you hit a big slot Jackpot, say $25K or $200K or whatever, they will find a reason not to pay, like a machine malfunction or whatever. Now in poker it would seem they have no incentive to not award the winner of the pot the money, but who the fuck knows. For bad beat Jackpots some of them have found wierd reasons to not pay out. Good thing in CA there are a lot of non - Indian card rooms.

Actually, Winstar is a favorite poker spot for me when I travel to OK...  The poker room is relatively small (12 tables if I recall), but the 3-6 limit was pretty good for fishing.  Just play patient, and push when you get the hands, and you'll make pretty good money.  I hate the blackjack (OK rules regarding the ante), but otherwise, it seemed to go okay.  didn't like the tourney structure they had there for the NLHE, though.  too fast for blinds then you got the AI donkeys pushing garbage.  I stayed away from the micro limits.  GL
