To say I've been away from the game is an understatement. Is it still impossible to collect money from poker sites if you want to withdraw or win ? Useless to deposit and play ?

Yeah you can still move money on and off. Its actually a bit harder to get money ON then OFF nowadays it seems. Just sign up to Fulltilt or Pokerstars and you'll be able to get real $ on there and play

With the legislation that is coming/or not coming for that matter - it will be difficult to get money off as well. See what unfortunately happened in Washington state...
