did you ever wonder....
im not sure if he had a lot of chips or not if he did it was an ok call i guess specialyl if this philips was raising a lot. i think the leadout on the flop is ok because he got a bad flush draw and a double gutshot, and gets rid of hands like 2 bigs with no heart draw. also he gets raised on the leadout then he can fold easy. two things i think he shoudl do on the turn. first is check then go all in if guy bets. if he doesnt then check call river. he would have to be reading the guy as weak to do this. 2nd thing is bet about what he did maybe a little less then if he is called check the river and see what philips does. hard to see philips bluffing at the river when he has shown strength twice. i still wouldnt mind a preflop fold since his hand is pretty weak anyways and is playing out of position. im assuming the players must be at least somewhat good if they got that far in the tournament, not complete idiots and tough to outplay after the flop.
