Covers FREEROLL Poker Tournament (8-10-25)

It’s here folks !!!

Covers community gets a chance to test their skills against other members and win some cash while doing it. Best thing is it’s FREE !!! So make sure and tell your friends to get signed up at Covers so they can play .

As stated in other threads , this will be played at POKERSTARS . Can be played at home , work or on the go SO there are no excuses .  I know there will be questions about USA players but the good thing is it’s on the “play money” version so EVERYONE can play !!

Open the app (PokerStars Play Money) and scroll down to HOME GAMES .

Also you will see  that it “cost” 20,000 tokens to play .  You get 35k when you sign up so it will not cost anything .  Also you can re-up every 4 hours so it will NEVER cost anything .  You will see what I’m talking about as you get familiar with site.  So I suggest occasionally to log on and re-up free of charge. If you have any questions on this , just ask.  We want to make sure it never cost the community anything .  If you choose to play on PokerStars then that’s up to you but the Freerolls will always be FREE to our community !!!

Try to use your Covers name when signing up or a variation of it .. example : Superbeets$$ or $$superbeet$$.. if you can’t because it’s taken or you have a previous account then no worries , please make a post in this thread before tourney starting .  When claiming prize you will have to verify you are a member !!! So it’s on you to make sure we know who you are on PokerStars before it starts.  This is to protect the Covers community and the hard work we all put in and not some random joining 

Please sign up ASAP so if there are any issues we can get them resolved before Sunday . Also this is  first tournament so going forward, we will find the best day and times to run them where it doesn’t interfere with football days 

Prize Money:

1st - $200

2nd- $50

What is the actual app name for the play money version? 

Can't find PokerStars Play Money app anywhere.

I belive it may say PokerStars LITE

Canada may be able to use PokerStars site.  See if you have a HOME GAME section.  Let me do some digging see what I can find. 

If you have PS already go to “MORE” then to “HOME GAMES” … enter the ID and pass

I’ve  started accepting people into the group .. please make sure to REGISTER once you have been accepted.  Very important to do that 

Also make sure that if your username is not the same or close ( where it can be verified ) then please put a post in one of the many threads stating the PS username

I don’t want anyone to not be able to play ..This is a GREAT things COVERS is doing..  so far a good turnout.  BUT I’m seeing some people who are accepted but haven’t registered.  I can’t register for you .. just please do before Sunday.  We will play with 5 people or 5000 people.  This is for y’all

 It’s all good.  I GUARANTEE you will get what’s coming to you.  Unfortunately right now with football season coming up , it’s the busiest time of year with email traffic and what not.  There are so many accounts getting signed up so it’s not that anyone is ignoring your email.  

in all honesty , I’m surprised it was set at 20th. Usually there is some transaction time ..I should have put that in the write up  to give it a 10-14 business days to process ( depending on what way you decide to get it ) I will do that going forward so that’s on me..but moral to story , you WILL get what’s coming to you.  ZERO DOUBT about it.
