I was sitting at seat 9....the guy to my left (10) makes it $25 to go...seat 3 goes all in for $47 seat 7 calls the $47 and the guy to my right reaches for his chips to call (he has them in front of him and out of his hand) and then seat 10 goes all-in (for more than the guy to my right had in front of him). The guy to my right only put $25 in the middle, claiming he only thought the raise was to $25, that he didn't see seat 3 go all-in for $47 or the guy RIGHT NEXT TO HIM call the $47. The dealer called the floor and said he was only committed to the $25 because that's all he put in the middle. Is that correct, if he made a motion with chips to call shouldn't he be obligated to the full $47?
