Americas Card Room was hacked and they will not reimburse me

Guys-

I have been on here forever and I have been playing on-line poker for that long too. Recently, someone was able to get Americas Card Room to send most of the money in my account to them by Bitcoin. I never authorized this. I have repeatedly contacted ACR and they initially told me they would look into it but now they have just ghosted me. Let this be fair warning, this site is based in Costa Rica and their security is not up to snuff, if someone gets in your account, they will not reimburse you.
