As you noted, what's amazing is that the guys are so excited they need to be prompted to turn their hand over which is the WORST thing you could do in that situation. They are blinded by the jackpot and didn't yet win the jackpot.
Someone in this forum said they didn't win a jackpot because a card hit the floor. Avoid all that and TURN THE HAND OVER IMMEDIATELY!!! Before it hits the muck or something.
