The Trump administration noted that sector-specific tariffs on automobiles, steel, aluminum, and pharmaceuticals will remain in place. ( that's a lot of stuff )

Meanwhile, China will walk back all but 10 % of its own retaliatory tariffs on U.S. imports. ..

America lowered tariffs to China to 30% ....

Sounds like win, win deal for Our President..we tax them 20% more and carve out selected products from China that tariffs remain in place..
