3 times now I was supposed to meet someone in AC that was going to show me dice setting that claimed to win most of the time. and every damn time there was an excuse not to meet.

Lipps, dice setting and expert tossing is real, but even if your really good at it, your only taking the small house edge, and making it a 3-5 % edge for yourself. Dice can do anything once they hit the table. Not to mention, it is difficult to master, and even if you do master it, its not foolproof.
