I doubt there's a pending investigation. Why? Well, I'll tell you. I've been involved in a handful of situations that've spilled into "real life" with a few members from the site, as well as a Covers employee, that have been far worse than this bullshit, involving large bets, dozens of shady transactions both in person and over the internet, death threats and.......beatings. Not that I was directly responsible for all of this mayhem, I certainly played a key part in every situation.
Each time when Covers has been notified they've barely responded in most cases. In fact I wasn't even so much as boxed for anything. Quite frankly, they could care less. As long as it doesn't affect their stream of income why should they?
The truth is, nobody is investigating this nonsense. There's far bigger problems they're worried about than you and your complaints that live in the bowels of this website called "the penalty box."
WMI isn't in cuffs, and even if somehow you could provide proof that he did in fact do what you're accusing him of, I doubt they would do anything anyway. It is however, quite possible that you've contacted Rizzo or another Covers employee about this matter and you received a generic response like "yeah we'll look into it."
