wassup guys, have a 10* on LA to win the series. Hoping they take it in Denver, but could see it coming back to LA.

    Thoughts?

Is this really a serious post??

Kobe did nothing to close this game. The game turned when the Lakers had 12 consecutive calls in their favor. Most importantly, Lakers up 4 and Gasol throws a foreman into Nene and they call it a foul on Nene and hes gone for the game. Just an absolute joke. I dont mind when Kobe beats a team, but when it's the refs its just not satisfying for anyone

Really? Kobe did nothing? Ok, I guess you didn't watch the game...

When the Lakers made their big run Kobe was busy working his way out of double teams and making beautiful dishes to his teammates. Guess you missed it...

Guess you missed it...

awww how cute...you copied the ole 'stick it in the rear' with the emoticons.

glad to see that you are copying me.

Lakers def played well tonight. Biscuit wheels fell off the Nuggets gravy train. Some credit is due to the Lakers clamping down and playing good D in the second half. Nuggs missed open shots, turned the ball over to much, and reverted to playing the shitty D they played most of the regular season that made them a second tier team.
Nuggs win game six in Denver and get another shot at knocking off the Lakers at home in game seven for the Western Conference Championship.

Should be a couple more good games.

So does anybody STILL think Denver wins this series? Does anybody really think IF Denver wins Game 6 that they could actually beat the Lakers on their home floor in Game 7...

Personally, I can't see that scenario playing out...

It will be tied 3-3 on Friday, and Lakers will take game 7 and win the Finals. I don't see anybody in the east being able to compete against either team.

Obviously he was influential but he didnt make the big shots like Kobe normally would. I dont get how you guys dont even take notice of the officiating. Must just happen all the time in games in LA. I respect all of you cheering on your team regardless, but show a little realism in your breakdown of the game please

Also, are you saying that Kobe was not the best CLOSER on the floor for either team tonight?

If not, I'd sure like to hear who the hell you think is the best CLOSER between the Lakers and Nuggets...Kobe is the best CLOSER in the entire NBA today. I'd love to hear you argue that one...

Nobody can And interestingly it has nothing to do with the talent on the floor. There is just no conceivable way to win in LA unless you shoot 60% or better. The Lakers will get all the 50/50 calls, half of the calls they shouldnt get and then even some calls that are phantom. I hope it comes back to LA for Game 7 and George Karl takes out a referee.

Well, obviously he didn't need to. Or better yet, as Van Gundy and Jackson said...George Karl and the Nuggets were not going to allow KOBE to beat them. With their constant double teams Kobe did what Kobe had to do...and that equaled a Laker victory. That's what matters!

Never did I say that. I'm not ignorant. I love Kobe, he is the best closer in the game by a wide margin. So let him win the game for himself, why give him so much help? Ensuring victories is a joke. I cant wait to hear the press conferences. Karl may get fined big tonight and nobody will blame him

Why do you not have the ability to see a game objectively? You either...

    A. have seen so many Lakers homejobs that you are now immune to it or

    B. you are an idiot who doesnt care about actually winning games without help

Either way, you are a typical Lakers fan and the reason why you either love or hate the Lakers and nothing in between. You refuse to see reason and just put your blinders on. Never even considering the fact that you got a ridiculous amount of calls when you win....and disappearing after losses or complaining when Kobe only gets to the line 20 times and you only got 50% of the calls. Give me a break.
