I am going to remind everybody of something...
 
Remember how the Lakers simply CRUISED to the Finals last year while the Celtics struggled through the East with teams like the Hawks who took them to 7 games? Well, just because the Cavs are CRUISING doesn't mean they are the best, and it doesn't mean they will win the title...JUST USE LAST YEAR AS YOUR BAROMETER FOR THIS.

HOUSTON ROCKETS will flat out cover this game! and YES without YAO....this team is built to play with injuries all year long...i kno no one even expected them here without TMAC.....ima a rockets fan and i expect em to not only to cover but str8 out winn 2day!!!....ill b there in LA for game 5....n ill be here to congratz u IF da lakers win or cover....

For me it has nothing to do with covering the spread...I am a fan and I want a Championship. I could care less whether they cover or not...I just want a victory, I just want to continue that track to the title!

you see... there is nobody who is going to come down out of the sky and save the Lakers... the Lakers are who they are, and who they are is a team that is too soft and weak to win a championship...

whereas, there is still a possibility that KG could suit up if the Celts reach the EC finals... there is only one team in the NBA that is mentally tough enough to beat Cleveland, and that is the Celts + KG...

so, whereas the Celts have to rely on the longshot possibility that KG could return this year and save them... the Lakers have nobody that is gonna show up and save their sorry asses...

Celtics down 2-1, on the verge of going down 3-1....still no KG. They really should eliminate retarded posters like yourself from these forums.

Yep, just one game...they'll still win this series. I wonder if any of these haters are willing to put their money up, straight up that the Rockets will win this series? I bet not...
 
I'm glad I'm able to capitalize on this game though...as Laker fans we know our team, and this game was done at halftime. I took Rockets +5.5 3Q and Rockets +10 2H. I simply can not pass up money-making opportunities like this.
 
Lakers will be fine...the kiddos that are talking now will be silenced in Game 5.

Last year doesn't mean anything especially comparing them to another team.

I'm not saying they can't or won't win it all. They are certainly capable.

But I do know they have some problems right now and don't look like a Championship team so far.
