1-4 ATS (One ATS loss away from having the longest ATS losing streak of the season)

Fakers squeak out the win in the battle of the Frauds -

Most fraudulent NBA player (Bryant) vs. the most fraudulent NBA "contender" (the MavEUROicks)

Not a surprise that the Fakers got the cover as the FADE train is documented that the Fakers show the ability to keep most games close as underdogs.

The FADE train makes it's $$$ when the Fakers are the favorites.  When the team has to rely on overrated, shot happy gun slingers like Bryant to carry them, it's almost impossible for the team to cover any spread other than (PK)  - Which is all documented at the beginning of the thread.

The last and FINAL stop of the FADE train, tonight on TNT vs. Eurotah.

Unlike last season when I kept it going the final 6 weeks, just don't have enough time this year and with covers having more Bryant fanboys than Christ, there just won't be anyone around to keep it going.

Hopefully the team will get the W tonight to end the FADE train on a sour note for us FADE train backers.  But for some reason, I doubt it.

Well, admittedly, the Lakers (that's with an L) are in a tough spot tonight on the road against the league's best home team in the Utah Jazz. The Jazz, a sub .500 (16-21) team on the road are an amazing 29-3 at home. To make matters more difficult, the Lakers (again, with an L) will more than likely still be without the services of Pau Gasol...
 
So, if the Jazz take this game tonight don't consider yourself some sort of prophet, a Jazz win tonight would not be unexpected.
 
If you're such a big Laker fan, why do you call them the Fakers.....I think the only Faker is YOU!

As usual, after a HUGE road win for the Lakers, hustle_man is nowhere to be found.
 
The Lake Show goes into Salt Lake against easily the leagues best home team (29-3 @ home) and dominates throughout. Up by 20 after 1, 15 at half, and never let it get close. WITHOUT not only Andrew Bynum, who is still sidelined, but, also without star Center Pau Gasol.
 
Kobe's not the fraud, that's pretty obvious. YOU are the fraud, hustle_man. Just like you call the Lakers the Fakers and you call yourself the biggest Laker fan of all (LMAO!). Maybe instead of calling you hustle_man we should call you faker_man (or fraud_man or fucker_man), right (unless someone else can think of something better)?

As usual, after a loss... KobeFan74 is nowhere to be found.

Then he bashes the FADE train which would have had you 5-2 in the last 7 and WAY ahead if you faded the Fakers on the money line.

The funny thing about Fakers fans is that they probably lost their shirt again tonight betting on the Fakers during FADE train season.

One more Fakers loss and they're back to the middle of the conference, where they belong.  Which just goes to show that there are no MVP candidates on the team.

when lakers were going crazy in feb not 1 post.
 
now they lose a heartbreaker in whic almost all the teams in the nba would have gave up with being down 25, and you act as if the Warriors are a shitty team.
 
also Lakers are without Bynum , Gasol and Ariza you know the Warriors are scared as fuck of Bynum and Gasol.
 
wouldnt suprise me if they win again and sweep this 2 game series, Gstate is no joke at home and they need wins bad so dont act like you know it all if the lakers lose on monday because its very clear that out of every poster on covers you dont know shit about the NBA and Im sure almsot every1 will agree. so have a good day you fake laker fan    stay on the celtics or cavs or some1 cuz its clear you are a bandwagon fan

also Kobe hit's 2 clutch back 2 back 3's to keep the lakers in it but the piss poor perimeter defense by Luke then Fish let Action Jackson answer with 2 clutch 3's. Kobe should have been on him and not B.Diddy.

 I believe that this thread will break all previous thread records for longevity as long as Kobe stays in the NBA.   I believe Kobe will play at least 5 more seasons, and hustle_man will hound Kobe until the day he retires.
 
hustle reminds of this dude on a local radio station out here in L.A. that insist that Kobe isn't even in the top 10 best players in the league.    Hustle and this guy might be the same person.
 
I consider myself a disgruntled Laker fan.   I was more of a Shaq fan than a Kobe fan, and I don't give a fuck what Kobe or anybody else says, Kobe had a big hand in trading Shaq away.    I am a silent majority of other Laker fans that feel the same way.   We cheer for the name on the front of the jersey, not for the name on the back.    With all that said, I am no blind dummy, Kobe is hands down the best player in the NBA and should win this seasons MVP award.

I like your team spirit but what are you basing Kobe being the best player in the league on? His ability to NOT lead his team through the post-season without Shaq? His ability to perform bad and still have his team win due to his supporting casts talent level? Or is it his sub-lebron stats that is lacking this year including his lack luster performance this year in the clutch compared to his other years.

I'm giving logical arguments here. To me, Kobe will finish as a top player of all time; and based on Career, he is the best player playing right now in the NBA possibly aside from Shaq. But to say he's playing a higher level of basketball this year than LeBron James is ignorant and based on nothing but opinions and biased ones at that.
