Sadly, this COULD have all been avoided if SOMEONE lese standing in one of the two lines, prferably a big guy, had just looked at the prick that got his ass beat and publically ridiculed him back in front of everyone within earshot.
Nothing better in that situation that being an impartial observor and stepping up with something like "Does it make you feel better about your dumb fucking self to make fun of someone for something they cannot help?" "What a fucking man you are."
I think this approach handles it most times. Of course I am a pretty big guy so I've gotten away with VERBALLY defending someone very directly like that with no repercussions a couple of times.

No I am saying that I am surprised someone else in line did not rip the old guy qa new one when it all first broke out.....way before the physical stuff. I mean clearly if the guy has tourette's, and I saw someone ridiculing him verbally, I'd bust the guy out that was picking on ragingstorm in this case.
Not defending Raging about what ultimately happened because it's just unfortunate and I think he has not heard the last of the guy. Just saying that if a THIRD PARTY defended the treatment Raging intitally got, the old guy would have looked like a real dumbass in front of an entire checkout area at Target.

Fact is Rage has a medical condition...... An acquaintance of mine just got in a fight outside a pub. Threw on punch and stomped a guy on the stomach. Guy hit his head when he went down. The CCTV showed the other guy coming at my acquaintance.
Unfortunately hitting his head killed him.
My mate is now doin 4 years.

Raging, I hope that this doesn't cause you too much hassle, cash, etc.
You were wrong, but who cares. I personally am pretty sick of pussies that think that they can act however they want to just because they are in a store or any other public place for protection for not being accountable for acting like idiots.
Sounds like you warned the jack off about 10 times to crawl the fuck off before you whacked him.
My advice would be to contact the idiot and explain what your medical situation is, regardless of how irritating it would/will be to share your personal issues with an ass clown like this guy. Offer to pay for any medical costs, and perhaps toss in a certificate for a decent restarant or tix to something, so that you won't appear to be like who you really are. (lol rage.....
