The fact that this thread (perhaps the only useful piece of information this cesspool of a site has on it) is in the box, just goes to show you how much of a joke this site is and the clowns who run it should be ashamed of themselves...
should be cleaned up and archived as mentioned above

I post because hidden beneath the sludge there are some cool people with quality insight who are here for the same reason as I am which is to make money.  It is a shame though that most of these people who contribute useful info (such as Gamehunter in this very thread) are either boxed, banned, or just find it pointless to participate because of all of the bullshit and drama that goes on that quite frankly could be prevented if the mods changed their approach.

You are recommending that I direct my insults at the people who ruined it for anyone else.  How is that useful.  That will make me just as bad as them and will get me boxed or banned.  This is exactly the type of behavior that promotes their behavior.

Maybe I was a little bit extreme by calling you all clowns, because I happen to have a ton of respect for you personally and always check out your pucks and baseball threads, but I just think a lot of this nonsense could be avoided if the mods took a different approach.

Um...how about police the threads a little bit better and not allow stuff to get out of hand like it does.

I can go through the majority of the threads currently in the baseball forum with your "manifesto" next to me and box the majority of the posts that are violating it.

Doing this might actually prevent a lot of the BS before it happens.

Instead you cherry pick when you feel like boxing people and unfortunately it is too late because by then the person putting in the hard work and time to post their picks and analysis FOR FREE, are stuck defending themselves by stooping down to the bashers' level and then ironically get boxed themselves...great system you have.

Since your so interested I can create an analogy to help you understand what I am talking about.

Let's say there is a law that says if you break into someone's house you are supposed to go to jail.  Now someone breaks into your house and the cops do nothing...they let him go. Then tomorrow night he breaks in...same thing happens...cops do nothing.  The night after that...guy breaks in...same old story...cops do nothing.  Now the fourth night the guy breaks in and and you break his legs with a baseball bat...cops come and you both go to jail.  Seems like if the cops would have properly done their job and put the guy in jail the first time the law was broken that the subsequent events wouldn't have taken place....and now to boot you have an innocent guy in jail who was just sick and tired of the cops doing nothing and he was defending his house.

How bout that approach??  Is this clearer??

See post 141 in the link below for another example of what I am talking about...the people who are here to discuss sports and pick winners are sick of the place being run down by scum and nothing being done about it.
