I have seen enough from these 2 teams past few months to recognize an talent edge (clips are much improved and spurs are regressing) and the line is a fantasy joe public gift for anyone that knows ball.

They've yet a lot to prove to me and I sure as hell don't feel overly confident in them after 1 game IMO.

Lots has changed since last year and I feel that the clips as a team have learned a lot from pass poor playoff results (plus last year racistgate did not help focus)

I just see two teams at a cross roads and goin in the other direction

To me its clear has day this one and I am putting my money where my mouth is here with a HUGE bet (in thousands)

lol gl.. i was actually hoping clips win game 1 so i could bet spurs for series but after seeing the line i was hoping for a better payout on a spurs series bet, even money doesnt seem that great to me.

Yeah, me too! I'm looking for Spurs +200 or so to entice me to hedge out my Clippers +150 series bet. Getting Spurs -105 after that game 1 loss is a bit disappointing.

that alone should ring bells.

Spurs will be up 3-1 after four.

Typical clippers..... shiit the bed as usual. Whether its OKC last year or the Spurs this year.... and the Spurs were more than short handed..... no parker, no ginobili, and Duncan played the last 3 minutes of the 4th plus all of OT with 5 fouls.

No bench and lack of overall ball movement for the Clippers will only be more evident as the series progresses. Blake is an absolute beast but hes not Lebron. I'm not sure if Blake can win a game by himself on the road. They will suffocate CP3 at home with the defensive effort.

Patty Mills is unconscious.... did the same crap last year in OKC game 6 when they closed them out. Last year is last year, but apparently with the Spurs its been like 15 years. So we can bring up previous years with this team.

clippers were good, up until blake literally choked the ball away at the end of regulation and let the spurs tie it up. clips shoulda coulda woulda won and covered. thank you blake :)

for those of you new to the forum this guy is one of the least knowledgable,biggest mushes going round..do not take his word for the accuracy of his past "lock" predictions...ive only seen him get it wrong every time on the few ocassions plays posted.....and his reasoning is absurd too.

so here,before the series kicks off, he passes on great odds of plus money payout,waits till game 1 finishes to "see how it plays out"(even tho he looooves the clippers sooo much to take the series),proclaims the series win a "lock" after all the value has been sucked out of the line with a clippers win,"supposedly" bets BIG on the clippers only to promptly see them give away home court advantage the very next game

...good grief,ya cant make this stuff up.

at worst,this will be a very tightly contested series and only an imbecile wud scream "lock" in such a situation...and against the spurs??..wat the f**k are you thinking??

injury/poor health on the spurs side may save your stupid clippers bet(maybe),but either way it shud be a long,intense series and,win or lose,this is one ridiculous,laughable thread.
