Your argument might make sense *IF* no other rankings confirmed those of Siena.
But at least two other presidential rankings CONFIRM the elevated status of
both Obama and Clinton and one confirms trump's bottom-dweller position.

#1 Washington D.C. August 9th, 22 people shot.
#2 Cleveland Ohio, March 7th, 18 people shot
#3 Kanas City, MO, Jan. 19th, 17 people shot
#4 Roschester NY, Sept 19th, 16 people shot
#5 Chicago ILL, JUly 5th, 15 people shot
ALL SHOOTERS WERE AFRICAN-AMERICANS
