Text book 'prevent' defense. That's why Dallas should of ran the ball on 2nd & 12 and make Detroit take their last TO. Instead Dak stops it with an incompletion angry

Based solely on the highlights, the Lions should've won that game, and Campbell may very well regret not kicking the extra point, because as I understand it, if I understood it at all, that 2 points conversion would've been called back anyways, since there were 3 flags on that play, so they go for it a 2nd time, fail, and they try a 3rd time?! Presumably the logic being they are already in the playoffs and OT would've been a needless effort, after an already draining game.

 

Also, only in the NFL, you can turn the last 2 minutes, into a 19 minutes highlight, ridiculous...

I seem to recall a similar incident with Ravens @ Pats a few years ago the difference being the player did not check in and refs allowed a touchdown. Ravens coaches protested to no avail. Happenstance i guess. reallyhappy

I'm seeing these replays now, actually just re-watched that 4th quarter. 

The head ref completely ignored him, it was fucking weird. He actually wouldn't make eye contact then ran away from him.

And I've seen that broad make bad calls in other games. She was out there looking like a deer in head lights as usual.

I'm on all square ass chalky plays this week, that over last night I and anyone else who had deserved to lose.

You know it was one of those bets where 5 minutes into the game you say "I couldn't spot the sucker at the poker table...oh shit, it was me"

I fear that the rest of my games are of the same ilk. I am preparing myself for the worst, so I won't be so upset. 

I blame TW for starting and not finishing this thread.
