More like a Bonus or something. Because I was new to the site at that time, it was a very long time ago when this happened. I thought they would really appreciate me spotting that live error for them.

I'm sure many people saw it before they spotted it and were loading up on it....lol

Everything i read in that chat has got to be 100 percent accurate because i had similar thing happen, i did not bet on a wrong line but
it was over a bet my computer repeated like 4 times same exact bet all within a minute apart and i called and they had me talk to tony and he was the biggest fool you could ever talk to ...As guy who posted this said the guy acts like he is god, has no people skills or concern for his business or treating people right and having good reputation...Basically his attitude is we are all a bunch of degenerates and we obviously do not live in Vegas so we need him more than he needs us and he is looking for an excuse to ban you but the real purpose is to take your money and he is an even bigger jerkoff if your up big. Lets just make it clear that this guy is a coward cause he would never in a million years treat people this way or steal so blatantly as he does if he was a local, dude is a complete fool and thief....understandable if he does not honor an error on a bad line but taking all your money? Local would have at least just ran from you but not make it look like you did something wrong and then take all your money ...This Tony punk just straight up goes Dibo from Friday Movies on his customers....this is wrong and he knows no one is monitoring or policing this offshore books..
best thing we all could do is repost this to other sites, I always love the guys that come on here and say stupid garbage like" Tony has always been great to me " or been playing for years and never had a problem" AND? im sure they are millions of satisfied customers but if he has robbed 3,4 or whatever you too could have this happen to you....Sorry about you getting robbed by this piece of garbage con man.

I just realized why they banned OP-

It was because of his password. When he told them "Dukefu22" I bet they were like "darn me?!" and they were pissed, so they banned him.

Let this be a lesson learned...NEVER make your password to sound offensive, because 5dimes WILL ask for it if you call over the phone.

    lol

Wow....I bet you he wanted you to hedge $700 on Vancouver because he KNEW they would probably lose the game. That sounds VERY shady to me...To try and collude or persuade your customers into making bets that they don't want? I understand hedging would of been cool, but IF YOU DECIDED TO, who is he to force or suggest to you into placing any bets? I think the huge mistake you made here, was that you should of never emailed to ask about cashouts. I know that is sad, since you should be allowed to email them and ask...but not worth the risk of "Tony" finding out you have a pending winning wager....

Obviously 5dimes is criminal and they do seem to care about every little penny, just like all the casinos do.

Maybe they are into crack? I can't explain the need for such insane amounts of money....lol

And to the "TonyDan" freak who thinks casinos don't steal....Well of course they have the built in house edge, which is the same as a customer being guaranteed to win from them (Same thing Tony complained about) but it goes FURTHER Than that house edge.....CASINOS DO CHEAT and steal money anyway they can. Not by putting a gun to your head, they do it differently. More subtle and secret, so you don't even know they are doing it.

Just research on google how las vegas casinos cheat (and online casinos) They even put subliminal messages in the slot machines, which should also be illegal. So many poor homeless people here because of that greed BS

Check it out on Google! There was a site that had the "TOP 10 WAYS CASINOS CHEAT PEOPLE"

I found that info there. But my GF already had expected they put the sub. messages into the machines, and so I looked it up and low and behold, she was right.

About the one guy with the 32grand he says tony stole. I agree somewhat with tony and I will explain why. the 32k was mostly all won after the error was made. that dude didnt have more than a couple hundred bucks in his account and then after the error he had almost 4k. If not for the error he never would have had enough money to make large enough bets to get up to 32k. so tony is basically saying that every wager that was made with the money he won by mistake should be voided. I agree. what if u made a 50 dollar bet and they gave u 5k instead of 50 for winning. u then bet the 5k and win and win and then have 25k all of a sudden? u cash out then. they find the error. u dont just owe the 5k from the original bet because u never would havewon the rest if not for the mistake.

So if u owned the book and an incompetent employee told someone what they told him and then u found out 25k later u would still pay up? I doubt it.

Doesn't sound to me like the employee was incompetent...sounds like this is the procedure there...They could have closed the account the minute it happened but they let him win 32k 1st. Its 2014 it can be easily automated to close the account the second the illegal wager comes in...the reason they don't do that is because more likely then him winning 32k is him losing his bankroll and putting more money in, losing his bankroll and put more money in....its not an accident that they let the account survive until you want to get paid

Why would they allow a line error that high to go just so they can hope the guy loses the winnings? lol. that makes zero sense and is not a plausible explanation. Obviously was just a huge mistake made by the employees. then tony noticed once he reviewed the acct to see where all the winnings came from and he caught it. simple as that. they would benefit in no way from purposely allowing someone to win a few grand. lmao. thats the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I Disagree! The guy who got the 32k stolen from him, even said HE WOULD OF DEPOSITED if they would of told him his other bet wasn't valid, he would of refunded the account.

Now of course he could be lying and making that up to help his case, but there is no reason to assume he is lying. The ball is in 5dimes court. They stole his money. And Karma is a girl. Their vibrational level is so low from being shady like that, now they will not get to see Heaven when they die

why wouldn't they...they were free rolling...they weren't going to pay him out a single cent...if he loses he might deposit more and lose again...it is a win/win....if that is the "stupidest" thing you've ever heard you should stop gambling. An automatic profit situation and you are calling it a bad wager. They could only stand to benefit there was no possible way to lose.
