After I was nice enough to let these people knwo about a line that they messed up, that they had already paid me for...which i guess on my part was stupid but it was just a lapse in judgement....i had called about a completely different issue...so after trying to help themm...

it doesn't matter, the login and password is closed....you can't get into my account, that's why i even posted this...they just stole thousands of dollars from me because of their own incompetence...it's unfuckinbelievable....i had heard stories before but this Tony guy was such an omnipotent fool I can't even tell you

Trust me horns I would have never put in the password and username if it didn't just get closed....but to steal all my money out of nowhere is unreal

and the 50 bucks was a charge on top of the 900 dollar bet that was stolen...like just a -50 out o fnowhere on top of the money they took...and then they took all my money, all my pending wagers which i would have won on golf today, caus ei have all top 3 guys on my future wagers and chicago on 1 and a half line for blackhawks game....all my fuckin money

So you knowingly bet a bad line and expected them to honor it just because you told them it was bad? No chance they would have ever honored it and you should know that

I never really thought I would be one of "these guys" complaining about customer service and betting websites....but so it goes i guess....anyways good luck to everyone else on their bets..

That is rough man...you should definitely try and post this on a forum where you can draw more attention to this issue. 

You bet a bad line

I have been a player on 5dimes for over 10 years... I have given them ALOT of my hard earned money.  Over the last couple years I have been cashing checks like nobody's business.

Try getting stiffed by a local for $10K... and then get back to me

I guess you guys don't understand what I was saying.....I only care because they took the ten thousand dollars of wagers on top of it and I told them about the line because I didn't even mean to make the wager, I thought i was betting the opposite....then they already posted me as a winner and paid me but I was honest with them to let them know that if they posted everyone as a winner then they probably got took for a lot o fmoney....and i only did because i used to like 5dimes and I have talks with them all the time like that....but instead, of saying thanks for the info....they then went into my account took the money back and because tony was an fool he took ten thousand dollars in pending wagers and turned off my account...in other words stole all my money

I would post this garbage anywhere and everywhere I could.Sure take the damn money from the bad bet but the other garbage is downright criminal as polar bear said above.
