If this was a 7 game series US would prob win 9 times out of 10. But when it gets down to one game anything can happen. I think US will prob wear em down in this one though. But you never know and those shootouts are coin flips.

I'm as nuts about football as anyone.  Did you see me complaining about how bad MN outplayed NO in the NFC championship game?  Nyet.  NO beat up Favre and won the game.  They absolutely shut NO down the 2nd half.  They LOST.  Since when is complaining about something like that a sign of how passionate of a fan you are? 

 

US got more shots than Swiss on the Swiss PP but still 0-0

with the success the states had against canada with getting brodeur to handle the puck you'd think they would force Hiller to do the same here! Its a hugggge adventure everytime he has to handle it

How are they going to force Hiller to play the puck? Is that one of his strenghts? Because it was for Brodeur and the US did a good job taking away the boards so he could not clear the puck easily. A couple mistakes by Brodeur were even unforced errors.

Im hoping the swiss are keeping up this period.. the shot totals are a little more reasonable..
