too good at home? this team didn't exist a year and a half ago. sometimes the powers that be want new york, so they get a ton of powerplays or calls or both. true henrik out and backup can take a loss or; they know a real tender can stop pucks and theyll grease a win here for a desperate new york team. vegas got too much help last year, time to come back down to earth

Why would the "powers that be" (always loved the conspiracy theory stuff, by the way) randomly want a tanking New York team to beat the feel good story Vegas Knights? How exactly does that benefit the "powers that be?"
As for coming back down to Earth, Vegas is metrically playing better than last year.
