Vancouver will have the edge because they have last change in 4 games of this series. It will be difficult for Boston to matchup their top D pair in Vancouver. The only thing that scares me is the brutal glove hand that Luongo has and if Boston exploits it (they have the shooters that can) then its game on!

You can compare there styles but as far as greatness offcourse bure was greater compared to kessler cause of the amount of goals that was scored. Style and greatness are two different things

Sunset - I guess you are very new to hockey.... Really Kesler is like Bure, Bure is so explosive with his with first step move, he is so much quickier and more shoulder movement than Kesler. He has so many more moves on a break-away. He is truly an offensive minded guy... Kesler is a 2-way player which is hard to come by.

Ryan Kelser is to Pavel Bure as Peyton Hillis is to Peyton Manning.

    Anyway....

To answer the original question "How will Boston complete?"

They'll compete by staying out of the penalty box.  Through the playoffs, Vancouver as a team is only +9, whereas Boston is +103!  The Canucks have the razzle-dazzle on the PP, the Bruins have the grinding style 5 on 5.  The series will be decided by how disciplined Boston plays and what gets called.  Could go either way, but probably a Vancouver win in Game 7 due to the home line change advantage.

Canucks fans shouldn't be so overconfident though.  You still have Longo in net!

    Sorry- you can't backpedal here.

Bure- fast small gifted, creative, no defense whatsever

Kesler slower, bigger, gets most goals off rebounds, not close to being as creative as Bure. Best defensive forward right now

Boston teams have always been big underdogs when competing in the finals. Each time its happened the Boston team played their style of game and excelled under pressure. Pressure being the key word. Boston's a tough market and their fan-base for respective sports are highly critical throughout the season and if Boston players can handle that then they can handle the pressure.
    Bruins in 6.

So is kessler very explosive. If kessler wasnt explosive then he wouldnt of been the contributor of scoring goals during the playoffs.

If you remove kessler from the canucks line up there would be big holes in there offense.

I have watch hundreds of games of both players, being a die hard Canucks fan and there is no similarity.

Hard to argue you knowledge of players and style when you can't even spell one of their names right: it's Kesler

when u go to youtube the best clips are put there. denis savard has one of the best youtube clips around. if you compare one clip to everyone not named bobby orr one would have to say savard was the best of all time.
i saw bure play and kesler. no comparison.
u r not from van. u don't watch west games cuz they start when u r going to bed.
the whole board disagrees with u. i am from van so are many others that said no comparison. let this drop.

all i know is defense wins championships and boston's d will be worn out by game 4. they have no depth and have to play boychoke and kab burr lay. nuff said there.
sedins will take over - luongo will be fine. bieksa or kesler wins conn smythe
