camby your saying bears got lucky by scoring points off turnovers ...WOW  I'm pretty sure that's what they're notorious for..

stafford lost his number 2 wideout and bush's knee is questionable...

the only way lions win this game is refs calling pass interference every series

Blah blah blah.  Bears were the REAL DEAL two years ago, and last year and BLAH BLAH BLAH.

I'm not saying they are bad, but what do they have offensively now that they didn't have last year??

Detroit plays them tough today.  If you think otherwise, you are blind.

Its a fact that bears have own the lions in this division but we have to look at the teams year by year, lions is a much improved team. They might not have the best d but bears aren't that great themself. Lions o can put up points with any team as long as they can contain from stup**d penalties. All weapons are back for stafford to have a good field day. That being said i like the lions to to win by a td and the total should be well round the upper 50s. Gl on your bets gent!

I am saying, this Bear team has harmony this time around. Guys, don't be mistaking, Chicago is one of two three teams that's still with perfect record. Nothing is coincidence!

Please explain how they are more "harmonic" this year than last year?

They were 7-1 last year.  What bearing does that have

WTF do you mean by "this time around".

Sounds like you are just looking for reasons to back up a bet you already made.

Bears will not be with one two three teams that are undefeated after today and something is not coincidence.

nate b is out for the yr.. the only way lions win this game is if reggie bush is 100% and has 200 total yrds..saying lions have all their weapons back is the dumbest thing ive ever heard..last time i checked bush and bell arent the best pass blockers picking up the blitz either..

Detroit plays them tough today.  If you think otherwise, you are blind.

    I HATE THE BEARS!!

Bears now have an improved O-line, legit TE in Martellus Bennett who has 3 TDs so far, and new head coach who is more focused on offense than previous Bears coaches.    He's got Cutler avoiding sacks by getting rid of the ball quickly.    He looks like the pivot man on a 4-6-3 double play.   Grab the rock and throw it.    Defense is giving up big chunks of yardage, ranked #24 in pass D, #21 in points allowed.   These are not your father's Bears.   (But they are still getting a lot of turnovers.)

Lions are off to a better start than last year, but are still prone to too many penalties.    It's always dicey to back a team that lacks discipline.   I had them in Arizona (loss) and @ Skins last week (win).   I'm jumping off today.

Bears just lost D-lineman Melton for the season, that's huge.   Lions actually have more injuries than the Bears tho.

BTW Julius Peppers has a HUGE contract and has just 1 tackle/0 sacks in 3 games.   He needs to do better than that if the Bears are going to be contenders.

IMO best play is the OVER

Obious UD pick would be Chicago, right?  Not so easy.  Det is also + t/o's this season, so this will not be a factor.  Det passes 2 more yards per pass, but Bears allow 2 less.  Teams pretty even across the board, Det -2.5 home field advantage is right on.  Small edge to Det defsnse on my board.  Why in the hell would anyone even look at betting this game, there is ZERO value on either side??  Skip this game is my advice.  gl

division game, good crowd, and Detroit isnt a bad team. Chicago is 3-0, two wins are off of Pitt and Minn, not so impressive. Not sure why its so hard to believe Detroit is favored. Detroit will win this game

Pitt threw all day on the bears, lions will do more of the same but with more success.
