Hi olga51,
When I read your week 2 play, to me (and I’m just trying to follow along with participants and what they’re posting for plays and running bankroll totals) it looks like you’re stating you have a bankroll of 3600 (“roll 3600”; and is the only part of the post that could be construed as the required inclusion of a current bankroll number), which does not sound correct to me as accurately reflecting your current bankroll. I do not know if this is a correct understanding on my part or not.
I see in your week 1 post (post #67) you picked the Giants +3 1000/990, which was a great pick on your part, although this math should’ve been 1000/909.09 (not 990). I see you made additional wagers later in the Monday night game, which djbrow (covers referee) has indicated is not allowed (this actually works in your favor as you made 2 wagers in that post, post #73, where (1) KC -2.5 110/100 would’ve won you 100; while (2) KC over 42.5 110/100 would’ve cost you -110 (a net loss of -10).
So your starting BR in week 1 of 1000, plus your 1st week 1 play Giants +3 win of 909.09 would give you a current bankroll of 1909.09 starting week 2 (this week), not 3600.
Your play for week 2 [“Lions +6 1000/910”; which should be for 909 or 909.09 depending on how specific a person wants to be (rounding down if it’s easier for them adn they don’t care if the extra change ends up impacting their final standing or not), yet I don’t think any SB rounds this up to 910], which would mean a win would add another 909.09, which would then be a starting week 3 bankroll of 2818.18 (still not 3600 if this was to imply what your bankroll would be with a win, although I don’t think this is the case as the rules require your current bankroll, not what a player hopes/anticipates/etc it will be.
Anyways, I’m just trying to follow along with everyone here and I wasn’t sure if I’m misunderstanding what the “roll 3600” actually means. Thank you.
