Note: I did not put the Falcons in the parlay. I am probably going to take the Falcons +12.

When I made the bets I already considered the possibility of the 3 team parlay and what I was going to do if the first two hit. I could have bet $40 on the 3 teamer. I could have bet $20 on the 3 teamer and $20 on the 2 teamer if I wanted to "pre hedge." I chose the $40 2 teamer.

The OP made the $200 3 team parlay to play the $200 3 team parlay.

I don't know what your book will let you go on $ line but I'd want to come out of this ahead at least a grand.  If at all possible play saints -550 for $6,600  then u are up $1,000 or $8,000.  It would be nice if you have a few books to deal with cuz there is zero chance you could play this at same book you made the parlay.  Coming on here w/ one posted play of $200 on a crazy parlay it's doubtful you have 7 grand sitting in any account to do this sort of thing so BOL to you on ATL outright, would be some hit!

I don't post often as seen by my post count but I must say I'm pulling for you.

Great thread and good luck with the long shot.  Atlanta can take them today.  Second half wager or in game could even be more profitable. 

I'd give you my opinion on the hedge but personally, I think you already know what youre going to do.

I found this post to be extremely interesting and after working through all the math the expected value is higher on not hedging with any amount at all. Not hedging here is actually the right move in terms of expected value/return

i'd let it ride.... why would you hedge and gamble $7000  to win a total of $800 if saints win (after betting the original $200) what the hell can you buy with that? falcons win you end up with $14650 instead of $7650  agree with Mr Lowery, let it ride good luck sir......

Alright........here is my take on this...by looking at the value aspects of the game...LEAVE IT ALONE!!

When you put money down in cases like this you have to let it ride knowing you are GAMBLING and you have a slim chance of hitting so you are planing to lose your 200.

Matter of fact i would put even more on ATL + points just in case of the middle hitting.

With that said I think the saints are going to win by 2 TDs but my statements above are about his bet and the value of where he stands!!

good luck man dont hedge it . that is why you make the bet. i had a parlay 3 with phillies game 1 oregon moneyline and seattle seahawks moneyline.  200 to win 5700. i didnt hedge it because i felt confident seattle was going to win. but they got blown the fuck out. oh well.  good luck i wont be rooting for you becuase i am going with new orleans tonight not on the money line but the spread.

And if u do hedge you are a very smart person anyone who would not hedge this is just plain stupid you have a chance at a gauranteed profit... GAURANTEED at thats not a gaurnsheed BS comment... You need to find someone with 6k if you don't have it and drop it on the Saints ML anything else would be uncivilized!!!

I think it is not smart to hedge a $200 bet with 6K on a -550 or -600 ML? lose 6 K to win 1K off a $200 bet.

I really think ATL can win this gaem, but I think I have sucked for the last two weeks.

sure, hedging here guarantees you money.  however, in the long run you will make more money letting it ride in parlays rather than hedging.

Once again the HEDGE IS NOT GOING DOWN...

I DID NOT RISK 200 LIKE it is my entire bankroll...

I bet the 200 cause i wanted to make a hell of alot of money

6000 to make a 1000 is completely stupid... Id dather play 6 games at 990 a piece against the spread and make money...

ill take my chance on losing 200 to win almost 15K
