So I decided to follow this play for the hell of it like I know a few others here did... $5 to win $366.25... Now I'm trying to figure out if I should hedge to win ~$50...  Advice certainly welcome.

i wouldn't hedge.  why would you even put atlanta in the parlay if you were just going to hedge?  could have just parlayed the rams and panthers and cashed. (like i just did)

agreed, a 6k hedge gives you either a 1k win or an 8k win. just depends on if making 1k makes any difference to you.if not, let it ride.

First off its hard to hedge a 11.5 pt fav for any signicificant about of money compaed to what the ticket is worth now. Second if he goes to Vegas on a 1 day notice to hedge this your looking at a $500+ roundtrip ticket plus expesenses. So yes he wins 1K on a hedge but he's losing half of that on the fligh and hotel room. My biggest advice is to load your account with as much as you can and do some sort of halftime or in game wagering and back NO when and if Atlanta is up at any point of the game. Also since your going to rooting like hell for the Falcons to win might as well throw a little on +12 as well

ya man you need to put 7500 on saints ML, that way you win 7 G's or 1 G...

either way you are GUARANTEED to come out ahead....

otherwise if you dont "Hedge"

but a G on the falcons + 12 and give yourself a better chance at money, because id rather win with the falcons loosing a close 34-27 game rather than loose all together...i dont think the saints blow them out here, so your "hedge" could be laying 1000 or 1500 on atl +12...then YOU COULD WIN BOTH, but more likely to win one of them.
