NY. But the Giants and Jets shouldn't be called NY anyhow. It's a cheap rip-off of a big city name. They play in East Rutherford NJ. Yes, they should be called the East Rutherford Giants and the East Rutherford Jets, or at least NJ Giants and NJ Jets. If they want to call them NY, plop a stadium somewhere in there and then give them that city label.

Yes, this team lost to Vince Young. Thank you for that additional info.
But the downward drift simply means that the masses are on the Giants. The Giant love and euphoria is pretty amazing.

Yeah, Giants are pretty schizophrenic, bu they've also beaten good teams on the road. Eli can look extremely impressive. Giants have a better running tandem w/ Jacobs and Bradshaw.
Plus, I wonder if the GB tragedy has limited their preparation during this past week. I mean, isn't the OC a pretty major part of designing a game plan? How the heck could he provide much work this week?
He couldn't and that is obvious.
If anything, I think this type of thing will make the OL play ten times harder in honor of their coach. It's probably the only thing they have to offer outside of their condolences.

I love how "Eli is having the best year of his life" but Rodgers is simply not mentioned. Rodgers had the best year of his life too and it was a hell of lot better and more efficient than Eli.

True. But I'd err on the side of having a proper theory before I place the bet.
The teaser problem comes with the Ravens, not the Pack. That's the one I'd be afraid of.

I was at the game in the regular season. But those memories are EXACTLY what I believe drove this line down, surprising even the books (and I think the Giant ML is rip-off in terms of value).
There are key differences compared to the Giants/Pats SB.
The Pack are at home. The SB is a neutral site.
The Pack are not undefeated taking the '72 Dolphin mantle off their shoulders.
I really don't think this Giant team is as gutsy or talented. Why would they be? One dominant win of the Falcons? Victor Cruz can only have so many breakaway runs to give the Giants early cushions. And I would have to think long and hard against betting against this Pack team even against that Pats team.
Also, that line was 12.5 I believe. This line is 7.5! Why the huge disparity?
Memories...or selective memories of the Giant masses who can't put their money down fast enough on this team.

My record? What record? You don't know my record. You saw one game posted. That's all. And who cares? The best capper in the world will lose 40%+ of the time and the worst in the world will win around about 48% of the time (going out of their way to choose bad lines). There's a very thin profit margin betting games. Be prepared to lose...A LOT.
I didn't say I knew the pulse of the Ravens fans. I said the Giants fans IN MY AREA. And yes, the pulse of the fans matters. BECAUSE THAT IS what drives the line from the recreational bettors (squares)...

i expect a big game out of eli today , and i think that bodes bad for the packers and there backers

that wizard team was a very bad team , and sometimes when you take bad teams you deserver what you get , the giant team however, is far from a bad team

who cares about your picks. Stevie wonder can handicap better then Cavatini, or spilini or what the heck is your name. If you had any validity to your pick? Your record on games suck. That is the only stat that matters. +7 1/2 Gmen cover, maybe not win, but cover. -7 Ravens is the real bet.
