 Ooo pick me pick me linear regression is using variables to see how they effect the dependent variable ..gotta watch out for multi correlation , heteroskedisdty (I spell bad ) , seasonality ..AR(1) models oh mean it goes on and on unit roots anyways thanks bro

Based on your responses, the title of this thread should have been "someone give me a shoulder to cry on".

had the boys ml opening game.  almsot won.  lost, forget it.

you just move on.

as vanzack says, if your system is right, long-term you win.  if your system is wrong, long-term you lose. 90% plus lose.

my system has pretty much nothing to do with what you're doing, but it works.

find an angle imo.

Step one..learn what you don’t know. Then decide if you want to make the uphill battle cuz it’s a long and strenuous one

Just stop, no need to lose the rest of your money or life over a game. Forget about making any more bets and do a 180 on your life.

my suggested step 1 - don't listen to any of the 'pros', youtube vids, or anyone selling picks. you'll find (on the most part) they aren't picking at a better rate than most people. 

step 2 - don't listen to whatever narrative the press and espn are saying.

there is such a thing as info overload. it's all noise.

 You have to understand, less than 5% of all gamblers win long term. Do you want those odds? I just do it for a hobby. Have good years, and bad years. Been doing it since 1995.

Rule #3: figure out your BEST sport and pretty much bet ONLY that.  Took me MANY YEARS to figure out for me it's FOOTBALL.  Every other sport I learn through FOOTBALL.  WHy, I don't know-maybe cause I love watching football more than any other sport.

 Ya I watched some documentary s and even the pros have it tough I would say. There's this guy captain Jack Andrew's on YouTube that claims he's a pro sports bettor and he said it's a grind

 well, good point re: dog ml

i lost the 2 dog ml's boys and pats, but won with the points.  didn't take the points.  lost

tonight?  was on the chargers ml -165.  got me by, got me back on track.  learned my lesson.
