Please someone tell me how to win

Can anyone tell me why losing is just so easy. I would never win 4 in a row but why do I seem to lose 4 in a row so fucking many God dam times. Honestly guys I just don't win anymore. I am down an ungodly amount of money after saving at my 1 year job. It's sad bc I wanted this more than anything as a profession and it's already over again. I've easily lost over 200,000 or more in my lifetime. I think it's time to either just stop or jut don't complain and lose the rest of my money . I will never make that money back so I don't know. It seems like alot of you win for a living how do you do it?

What exactly do you work at to get better?  Do you study why you are losing?

I guarantee you that you do zero work and expect to win.  Even your post title is "someone tell me how to win".  Pathetic.

it takes an idiot to try to make $ at this.  the odds are against you.  but, lotta idiots out there, including all of us.

It all started again with fkn piece of crap Notre Dame losing to Cincinnati.  Then it just kept pouring on again. This shit really makes me have suicidal thoughts. I have lost all my savings again and I have done this year after year after year for 20 years. I'm such a fkn mess it's sad

 Tell you what, rule #1:

do NOT think about the past game.  That doesn't do you ANY good.

rule #2: if you can, put $5 on the mlb game tomorrow.  thrill without the loss.  learn.  when you get good again, confidence, wager big again.  not before.

you HAVE to put it in the rear view mirror my man.  it's painful but let it sink in and don't fight it.

and like i said, been there.  As Axl Rose said way back, worrying does you NO good.

 So honestly there is no way to win right? I keep on thinking there's all these professionals in this forum but I think thats what I want to see. I think alot of ppl have gambling problems including me who are in denial. The only way to stop the losses is just get better at bankroll management

I am not talking about studying.  I am talking about doing analysis on your plays, and finding out why you lose.  You do not do this.  I f'in guarantee it.

 Thanks dude ya why is it so painful when we lose. Like I dented my car tonight and punched a hole in my wall bc of the raiders. I'm just so sick of losing brother

 Ya its like when I chase I go broke every time. Ots almost creepy paranormal thay God will not let us win or whoever God is or an entity. It's the weirdest thing but if I put 5 dollars down I will win. If I put 5000 down I lose

Im guessing you are using the phrase and have no idea what it means and will provide a google answer of what a linear regression is.  I know what a linear regression is.

Tell me your results and what you are analyzing.

aka breaking down recent games / coaches / players / matchups / etc to be able to pick out the details…which is time consuming and taxing..a full time job and not easy one. But… some people are kind enough to gift degens

 Lol ya I hear ya man thats sad. Ya I'm getting a little older to now and I have a dead end job and it's depressing I always think this year is gonna be there year in sports betting where I turn pro and I've hurt my life I have lost relationships and I have lost cars and a nice 1 bedroom condo

This is TRUE. Until you know why you lose and have way to control your lost, you will lose more than win. Even if you win, you are just being lucky.
