the chiefs have no business playing a high scoring game against the browns. no need to. the chiefs would want to limit pryor to rushing rather than passing and if at all focus on eliminating him from the game - the better. the browns, on the other hand  - would have to push the chiefs to third downs as this theam converts horribly (1 for 12 against the titans last week although winning). so, with the majority of the bets on over and the line dropping to 40.5 - for me it's under here. phixed!

the same connection to another game i see as the viable to bet on - the titans in seattle. i dont see the reason for such high line and also all on it. and its dropping.
