I've got some writeups for these but for some reason I can't

even when copying a paragraph.I'll post them when I figure out what's wrong.
Also looking at the Jets, Panthers, Falcons, and Colts this week.

Tennessee has no business laying this kind of wood against a great defense in a game that will be a grind it out dogfight. Pittsburgh has had one of the better defenses in the league for the last few years and with Polamalu back in Week 1 they looked really good again. I would almost completely throw Tennessee's results from last week out the window; they played an Oakland team that never even bothered to show up. Vince Young won't be doing much through the air and the Titans are going to have to grind it out on the ground against one of the better run defenses in football. Hampton is questionable but Pittsburgh has good depth up front and their linebackers are the best in the league. Sorry Chris Johnson, this is not the Raiders.
I liked what I saw from Dennis Dixon last week as well. He didn't throw a TD but he was very accurate and was able to get the job done. Some people may be thinking that Pittsburgh may have a bit of a letdown here after everyone stepping up last week without Big Ben, although I agree with the theory I can't see it out on the road as a dog against a team that looked great last week. If Pittsburgh wins this one I could definitely see them letting up next week and I may look at bet against them, but not here, this is a well-coached veteran club that will step it up again. This game should be -3 at the maximum and IMO will come down to the wire. Give me the better team + the points.

It's nearly impossible for Houston not to have a letdown game here. Last week was their Super Bowl that they had been looking forward to since the schedule came out in April. Everyone was at their best and they put everything they had into winning that game. Now they go out as a road fav against a team that, let's be honest, looked like shit last week. Most would agree that Dallas lost that game last week rather than Washington won it. That means there is work to do and the Skins will be focused on improving their offense this week. They should be better anyway simply because they are facing a relatively weak defense this week and one that is nowhere near as good as the one they played last week. I'm not sure I would trust this Houston defense on the road against anybody.
I like the Redskins defense as well, it is a pretty solid unit and Washington has a nice edge here because they have Kyle Shanahan who was Houston's offensive coordinator the last couple of seasons and knows Houston's offense and players inside/out. He also knows Houston's defense because he's gone against them in practice every day for two years so I look for Washington's offense to be able to exploit some weaknesses.
Houston is just 1-4 ATS as a road fav with Kubiak/Schuab at the helm. I bet against Houston last week wanting them to prove to me they could win a big game. Now I want them to prove they can win in a tough spot against a team with a guy that knows their offense inside and out.

I'm not sure why Baltimore is favored here. The Bengals owned their ass last year and IMO are still the better team. By all accounts Baltimore has a great defense and proved it last week dominating the Jets, or did they? New York showed nothing on offense last week; Mark Sanchez played like a scared box and never even threw the ball downfield. We have no idea how good Baltimore’s patchwork secondary is because they simply were not tested once last week. It will be a different story this week as the Bengals actually have a passing game and it’s a pretty good one. They can spread the field and take the heat off the running game, if Caldwell plays this week they will have 5 legit receivers. Cincy beat the Ravens twice last year with nowhere near the passing threat they have this year and everyone in this shaky Ravens secondary will be tested.
The Bengals have just as good of a defense as the Ravens IMO although they didn’t show it last week. The Bengals were terrible last week and their defense did not show up at all in the first half. I look for that to change here in their home opener in a suddenly desperate spot looking to avoid 0-2. I am always looking to support good teams off of bad performances in Week 1 and that is exactly what we have with the Bengals who were terrible last week and as a home dog in their opener I expect everyone to be at their best against a division rival with an unproven secondary. Tough spot for the Ravens as well on the road for the 2nd time in 6 days, off a physical game against another physical team that will play angry.

This is simply a play on the 49ers, the opponent doesn’t really matter although it helps that it is the defending champs.
San Fran was absolute shit last week. I am taking the money I won fading them last week and dumping it on them this week. It seemed all offseason all we heard was how San Francisco was ready to take the next step and how they should coast to the playoffs because their division sucks. Well in Week 1 it seemed that all that talk clearly got to their heads as they forgot to show up. This is a well-coached, disciplined team that I am sure will be extremely pissed off all week after getting their shit stuffed in last week against a bad team. They will undoubtedly bring an effort level against the Saints that will be 180 degrees different from the one they brought (or didn’t bring) against Seattle. Home games on Monday Night Football are a reason enough to get excited and bring a great effort but a home game on Monday Night Football against the Super Bowl champs after laying an egg the week before? That sounds like the recipe for a SU Niners win. This is an outstanding spot to make a statement, especially to all the people that are suddenly jumping off San Fran’s bandwagon. This is still a very good team, last week was an aberration.
I'll post the Bengals and Niners lines when I play them, I doubt they'll get any worse and there's a good chance they both get better.

I'm a Niner fan and will most likely bet em on MNF, but I am starting to highly doubt that statement. All kinds of issues getting plays in on Sunday. Singletary burns up timeouts.

Fucking A. I've been eyeing down the same exact 4 games. I still have a few more Short Cuts to watch(greatest show ever for capping), but once I do, I will drop in for some input.

loudest stadium in the nfl had something to do with it.
Also differing stories on whether it was a headset malfunction or indecision. They took forever and a day to decide on every 4th and short, getting a delay of game on one of them. Can't wait to see them fall all over themselves in Arrowhead week 3.
2 rookie olinemen in Seattle was a tough spot for those guys. And a backup center.

Read the writeup on yahoo sports, it wasnt due to Singletary, it was that they changed the play delivering guy to the QB coach and he could not understand what the plays were from the booth, I guess Ray does not call play numbers as much as just stuff from his memory and not to script..so they burned lots of TO's.
Mike is too rigid and opinionated, he wont last longer term..

This wont be a letdown spot. I can only see the Texans building on that effort. There is such things as streaks you know. Chargers 11 in a row last year ring a bell!
Oh man, this guy is in the completely wrong thread for talk like this.

Perhaps he's not the best in-game manager but Singletary is probably the best motivator in the league and will have his team ready to play.

Is he a great motivator based on his on field performance as a player or cuz he is a good motivating coach? I don't see SF any better than they were last season. They already tanked a game they should have won. Lucky for SF, there schedule looks pretty easy.

I dont know how you can say the Texans were at their best. After Bob Sanders got hurt the Texans completely committed to the run and the Colts simply couldnt stop that beast Foster! It was a very easy win for the Texans. The Colts didnt once have the lead. This wont be a letdown spot. I can only see the Texans building on that effort. There is such things as streaks you know. This is the NFL, if you want to win a game you have to be at your best. The line between winning and losing isn't nearly a big as it's made out to be, in fact it's quite small. If teams don't show up they rarely win. If teams are at their best they win often. The Texans were at their best last week, they beat a great team. I'm sure it was an emotionally draining game for them as well knowing they had to execute every play to perfection to sustain drives and keep Manning off the field and/or playing from behind.
If Houston wins (and there's prob at worst a 40% chance) I will bow down and move on but I will bet against teams in these spots all season as it's a long term money maker.

I think he's a good motivating coach. He completely turned Vernon Davis around and in a short time has turned a bunch of underachievers into a solid football team. They laid an egg in Week 1, but here I think they come out looking for blood because Singletary will be pumping them up all week. SF is 8-2-2 ATS as a dog since he took over, he gets these guys ready to play when they are supposed to lay down.
