I don't know you at all lol....I would like to wish you the "bet of luck" on your house. I like how you called it an investment. With that said, I have the worlds greatest advice...

Pay that bitch off asap....if your payment is 1k, pay 15 hundie or whatever you can. I bought my first house 2 yrs ago...similar to yours but a little smaller....Bungalow, 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and an upstairs master, 2 car garage etc..I got it for 43k and payed it off in 2 yrs...FINANCIAL FREEDOM!!!!!!!! No lie I won 22k last yr and kept throwing it all in on the house. This yr, since Aug 9th (that's when I start my yr, preseason fball) I've won 9k and threw it all in and paid it off....NO HOUSE PAYMENT!!!!! FML THIS IS GREAT!!!! Good luck to you sir, w/ your wagers AND housing "investments"

The realtor was showing the house to a hot ass teacher. I told her if she wins I'll move in! After a little flirting back and forth asked her if she wanted to go to lunch. On the way now lol. Do I hide the gambling at lunch?? Haha
