Sorry to hear that Mike, the Lions and Rams might be a good bet in a few weeks when the spread is 17-20 points. Seriously, Oklahoma or USC could beat these sorry fuckers. Anyway, about the Jets.......1st reason .......+8.5 points.2nd reason.........The Jets offensive line can handle the Chargers D line the same way the Broncos did last week, Chargers pass rush sucks making the secondary vulnerable against a crafty vet like Favre.3rd reason.........People can talk about Tomlinson all they want but he's not healthy due to a fucked up toe. Thomas Jones will have more yards than he will tomorrow night and I'll be making that a prop bet.4th reason..........Jets need this game just as badly as the Chargers. The Chargers don't have a "crazed" crowd, these are the type of folks you see on a leisurely walk on the boardwalk in Atlantic City....I know because I go to the Chargers games. Even if the Jets don't win, this game will be close and 8.5 is ridiculous, in my opinion. However, I always respect your opinion and mostly everyone elses. I just don't see this game any other way than a Jets cover.
