Saints @ home on a primetime game is the obvious play .. but with oddsmakers setting the total at 45.5 thats telling me they think carolina can keep this game somewhat low scoring witch would favor the panthers .. leaguecapper you going large on the panthers? i dont think i can ever go large against brees @ home .. BOL

Yes I lost 10k on the colts but about the 20k I won on Froch v Groves (see jersey Boys thread) or the posted many winners that I have won on. Here is a free tip. Fade seahawks in nfc title game..u wont even need the points. Just look at my world cup plays 2010 boxing and tennis plays and u see 10k loss is nothing.
10k was NOT NOTHING. QUIY BULLSHITTING. No one puts a regular size bet on their PLAY OF THE YEAR.
LC MAY BE wrong but you don't need to tell someone about their own money management. Just saying...

All talk but not a lot of capping going on here. If Brees doesn't lose at home etc is the extent of your due diligence I can see why most of you lose your shirts.
As always it's sports so anything can happen but I'm already on Carolina +3.5 for the following reasons:
NO offensive line struggles against good Defensive lines and shortens the time Brees has to go down field.
CAR front 7 is dominant against the run so play action may be rendered ineffective.
CAR can win on the road against tough teams.
SF had the game won on the road in NO if not for a bs roughing the passer call. I was on SF that game too.
Legion of Boom effect is also in play. Don't have the stats but teams don't cover well coming off games vs SEA. Saints got beat up and smacked around in that game.
CAR plays a lot like SEA.
Newton is one of the top playmakers at the qb position this year and can lead 4th qtr comebacks.
I have CAR as a favorite both on a raw and road adjusted basis.

I just listened to an interview with Howard Cossel. He seems to think that Carolina is vulnerable in the secondary. The saints on their fast home track are the perfect team to expose them. Very interesting listen. Not sure I agree but prob some truth. Who has Carolina faced recently with an elite passing attack? Brady seemed to move the ball well and they prob win that game if not for the redzone fumble and horrible no call at the end. Carolina stomped ATL but that was with top WRs hurt.

I got absolutely slated for this post and all I tried to do was save capper money and everyone else. League Capper is one of the best but arrogance (and I am guilty of this myself) can get the better of you. You are on fire and you think you can't miss so you undo all your good work in one game..
I had a tough loss with Rams and Colts but bounced back with Froch in the boxing on NO/San Fran last night. Money mangement Capper is key if you are to succeed long term. You are top class just control the urges and bet the same amount each game...Ive been lucky with big bets and i've lost big bets. In my life I am well up cause over rall I had good bankroll management..
If you ever feel like betting big in a game look back at this thread..Impossible to be right everytime but like me you are right more then you are wrong which means with patience and discipline. Head over heart you make a nice long term profit...
