Absolutely zink,C and D I don't take Quercetin need to look into it.Im a believer in natural immunity,vitamins and staying in shape.I have had covid twice and no major issues and at 70 still kicking lol

im also a believer in a good toke now and then and after watching my Chiefs today I need several lol
