There are safeties the size of some of the 85 Bears LBs...I dont think they had one DL over 280 pounds....they didn't have the speed that today's players have...They would get pushed all over the field in 2008's NFL.

I look at different things for offense altogether. A good start is YPA....It gives a much better look at how good an offense is as opposed to a defense for many reasons which a great college baller such as yourself probably could explain to a loser such as myself that never played the game at such a high level like yourself.

You keep mentioning that Colts scored 24 points on the Steelers. So if the Colts scored 50 points on the Steelers, Does this mean that the Steelers defense struggled? Look into the game. COLTS OFFENSE VS. STEELERS DEFNSE. Dude the Colts offense got shut down the entire game. I mean the entire game. They got Big Ben for 3 INT's. 1 td came from a very short field from the INT. For example, If vegas thinks that the Steelers will win this game by 20 points, it will be no where near that line. Not even close! Why? All the action will be on Arizona. If Arizona covers or even wins this game outright, Vegas will take a major hit. A hit that they very well might not be able to come back from. It is a football game and anything can happen.

STEELERS DEFENSE. The Steelers held them to 222 total yards. Ohhhhhhh I repeat 222 total yards. The defense of the Steelers shut them down!!!! SD 290 total yards vs in that playoff game. Plain and simple the breakdown goes like this...
Had it ever occurred to anyone that maybe the reason the Bengals, Browns and Ravens had poor offensive numbers is due in part to the fact that they play the Steelers twice? And in the case of the Bengals and Browns, they also play the Ravens twice. That's exactly 25% of your schedule against the top two defenses in the NFL. I don't care who you are, you're gonna struggle to put up points with that kinda slate.
And don't give me the garbage about the NFC West being better than the AFC North either. In case you hadn't noticed, the AFC North had two playoff qualifiers. Not only did they qualify, but they were the two AFC finalists. The Cards are clearly coming from the softest division in football and coming from the lesser of the two conferences.
What the Cards have done over the last month is commendable, but give me a break with the Steelers being overrated. Hands down toughest schedule on the planet this year.
I don't know what else to say. Believe what you want about what you've seen from Arizona...but they're stepping into a bad, bad place this week. And don't kid yourselves, this will be a Steelers home game.
