The Superbowl yeah, but not the 3 road playoff games where he was a huge reason they got to the Superbowl.  What was his QB rating in the 3 road playoff games?  Over 100?

Just a side note... Ben didn't have any feelings in his fingers after the shot he took against Cleveland.  That's why they carted him off. 
 
That's not to say he doesn't create drama.  I know he does.  And I dont really care.  Bradshaw was notorious for that as well.  But then Bradshaw became one of the best to ever play the game.  So let the drama continue... I really dont care.

It's what you are implying, again, playing 11 minutes a game in the NBA is not being the starting QB in the NFL. You need to come up with a better analogy.  You act like this defense is the greatest, it's comparable to the 2000 Titan defense.  Last 10+ years?  Try about 4-5 years.
 
Montana played with the #1 defense, so did Favre, so who gives a shit, the defense sure wasn't special enough to carry an entire team to a Superbowl victory.  It's not the Ravens.

football is a team game. the fact you are still on this nonsense shows how little you really know. ben was nervous in his 1st sb....fine you can have that. he was stellar in his 2nd so what can you say. james did change the game by himself. no doubt about it...but to go on and on about how he's been carried by 1 facet of the team is just wrong. you can hate him or whatever..but he is the reason this franchise has been able to get over the hump. if you remember....there were no championships besides the ones we all know about till ben came around. thats what counts. not your blabbering and shit talking....mark madsen and big ben should never be mentioned in the same sentence. how in the hell are you going to compare the bullshit nba product to the nfl.. madsen and ben the same...  those comments lessen your credibility.

I just want a yes or a no to this question:  Do you realize that you have made some really stupid statements in this thread?  Also, do you realize that you dont know how to spell "retarded"?  I know that you're not the sharpest tool in the shed just by what you've posted.  I've been reading your posts, and I can safely assume that.  But that really doesn't matter.  The true question is... do you know football?  And... can you make an intelligent argument?  The answer to that, unfortunately, is a resounding no. 

The Steelers could have the best defense EVER (for Ben to play with) in the history of the National Football League.  What's your point?  What if Joe Montana played with this defense?  Would that in any way diminish what he did.  The answer is no.  IT WOULDN'T.  But in your eyes it would.  That's your problem.  You say stupid shit like, "being in great company doesn't mean a damn thing", and how does that make any sense?  Also you're comparing what Madsen has accomplished to what Ben has accomplished in their careers.  And 99.9% of the population in the U.S. (I dont care where you're from) that knows anything about sports would tell you that you're really dumb for saying that.  I dont hate you dude, I'm just telling you the truth.  From what you've shown me on Covers, you're not too intelligent when it comes to football.  And I'm sure that there are things that you know that I dont, but I would bet alot of money that I know more when it comes to football.  And this is just based on what you've posted.  But it's not the end of the world.  I'm sure there are some characteristics that you possess that I could use.  But I just dont think that intelligence and football knowledge are among them.

And you say this after Ben picked apart the Arizona D, for an 88 yd drive, in the final 2:37 of the game to throw the winning TD pass with three defenders surrounding his receiver on the biggest stage there is in the game.  Yet the defense earned him the ring.

Hell Bart Starr didnt even get going until his 6th season..If it wasnt for his 2 super bowl wins his stats may not have been enough for him to be a hall of famer
