I just gotta repost this again because all the traders could build mountains of money:

So....my advice....summed up. Just buy good stocks and hold them for decades. It's a strategy that virtually guarantees success! (Gambleholic63....circa 2017 in the investments section of covers).

I smell a book deal coming up. Maybe you could get GOAT_12 to be your bookkeeper and fallopian Tuber to clean the urinals in your office. Success!!!!!

This match up reminds me of last years Rams Falcons game.

Returning Super Bowl team vs an up and coming team with young QB.

    Experience may prevail.

I was hoping to continue to break down and discuss this game, but there's no point.  This thread went off the rails after the first page.

95% insults, 5% logically discussing the game from both sides.

I'm taking the Eagles and the 6.5, and the same wager Eagles ML.

That doesn't mean I have no respect for the Bears.  Win or lose, I'll be back on Sunday night to congratulate the winner.

    Should be a good game

Been there done that with bitcoin chief. Got in just under 100 and got out around 9k. Stayed in about 5 months a few years ago and it was beautiful. Too volatile for me now. Remember Ford when it was around 1.00? How both Home Depot a few years ago? See I don’t disagree with your stellar advice of buying and holding but why not use the resources out there to get in and get out quick? You can’t deny that there are people out there who know just a little bit more than the average Joe....finding someone like that pays dividends. Imo the stock market is very similar to our sports nowadays....f@xed as h@ll.

Shhhhhhhh........you know what else is secretly hilarious? If you knew my background and understood what I am capable of, you would most likely have a filter if we were to stand in front of one another. That’s what always cracks me up when the computer warriors type away. If only people knew truly who they were typing towards huh?

It’s actually funny you being this up because I got one better. Remember last year when the Falcons barely made it in and they faced Philly. Matt Ryan vs Nick.....Foles. Experience vs inexperience. Remember that? It’s crazy similar because all the throughout the threads so many spoke of Matt Ryan and how he would win given that he gave away the super bowl the year prior. Many spoke about Dougy being in over his head going up against a hungrier team and more experienced team. I can remember this vividly brotha. Nobody talked about Philly having the better defense nor did they talk about thevidea that Philly was in front of a very hungry crowd wanting so bad to get a title for Philly. What happened in that game? The inexperienced qb who everyone thought would be in over his head beat the previous year NFC reps and MVP handedly. Fast forward to this year....what’s the storyline everyone and their brother is reaching for? The experienced qb and experienced super bowl champs having the upper hand over the young bears, right? Yet you got clowns in this thread denouncing Khalil Mack and saying Chicago’s corners are crap.....read it. What was originally set out to be a thread seeking insight and respectful communication had no turned into a sh@t show that covers will allow. They see the trolls yet they support them. It’s sad. But back to the game.....how crazy would it be if the more experienced qb and team loses to the less experienced coach, team and qb? I mean it only happened multiple times last year right?

Hummm…..so now you are speaking rationally and not insulting me? I feel that this is some sort of trick so I feel that proceeding with caution is prudent....and maybe I don't want the fun to end????

Moving on, I would never pay an advisor. Most are at 1.5% of assets per year and over decades that adds up to hundreds of thousands of dollars. No thanks. I can't make enough money with one consistently year to year to make up the fees, unless I get the luckiest one. That's because 9 out of 10 will fall within a percentage point either way of the s&p. Advisors are becoming extinct and are serving the apathetic top 1% or the truly financially ignorant.

This type of sh@t happens all the time with me. The trolls just flock. It sucks but its like death and taxes....inevitable. I created the thread with the intent of breaking this game down and hearing all sides yet it was an epic fail. Hearing trolls just troll and hearing excuses from homers in here (tuuuubey), that doesn’t carry any weight. Thats ok though.....

I like your approach with the game though in that regardless of who wins you can congratulate and take ownership with either failure or triumph. I respect that. Enjoy the game and I leave you with this: IF the Eagles weren’t the defending champs would you take the 6? What about any other game? Have you asked yourself why this game has a spread of 6 yet all the others are under 2? Why? What were the linesmakers seeking when making this line? Was it to gain even money or was it to gain an advantage immediately upon post? Lastly, with trubisky (unproven), Nagy (unproven) and a team with “no experience”, how could the Bears be favored by 6 here Sunday? Because according to a lot of Philly backers, defense, home field, health and youth doesn’t carry any weight whatsoever come Sunday.....Very valid questions. Take whoever you’d like Sunday but if you stop and ponder on any of the questions I just asked you may want to revisit your stance in this one. Enjoy.

I truly wish there was some way that Covers posters could bet directly with each other and skip the juice from the books...

If any of you Philly backers live near Dallas and want action on the game without juice, I am here for you...name your number and we will meet at the sports bar and watch the game together.

Let's go bois...save some juice money and I will be happy to buy your food and drink (within limits)...lol...as I will be winning your money...and of course, always good to meet Covers brethren...

Listen....you came into Scals thread and threw the first dig at me and him. It was uninvited bud. You’ve done this before whether it be questioning me or making smart a$$ remarks. And to think that you are of age and not some little kid and portray me as the only one who insults....come on man. Im a big boy and can take it; I’m not like LC to where I ignore the people who just plant seeds, move on and think it’s ok to be an a$$. It ain’t right. 95% of the beef I’ve ever had in this site is based off my reaction toward someone trolling and someone being a punk. Could I be better in ignoring them? Sure. I don’t wish any ill will upon anyone in here yet if you saw my threads....it’s the same handful of trolls that covers continually allows to ruin this site that cant stay away. That may sound crazy but if you truly research the GOAT_12 and Fallopian Tuber rather than come into my threads and cherry pick posts, you’d understand why I speak the way I do to them. They ruin sites like these and in all honesty some of the approaches you’ve had with me are the same reasons why great investment advisors for capping purposes have left. Part of me wants this site to be better but lately it’s growing to be a worthless afterthought. Covers doesn’t care.....Anyways....we can be cordial but understand I have NEVER sought you out to be a prick to you. Never. You’ve initiated our back and forths every single time brotha. You don’t know me nor do you know what I’m about. That’s ok....I created this thread to see the true cappers communicate their thoughts but as you can see it’s become nothing like that. I can move on if you want to move on....Again....im here for business in more ways than one as I’m sure you are in your investment realm. All good on my end.

When I spoke about finding someone who knows a little bit more than the average Joe, I wasn’t talking about paying an advisor. I would NEVER do that....I guess what I meant is that it’s who you know. Case and point: if I know a guy who owns his own body shop for cars and he fixes my car free of charge but the deal is that I provide him with a few winners that week, it evens out. That’s how this society works as I’m sure you know. Totally agree that advisors are becoming dinosaurs and that what they provide....I can get that from my own research or from a friend who knows a friend who knows a friend.

I tend to jump in the fray when I see you going at someone. If you didn't go at people the way you do, I wouldn't end up making myself the target. So I accept the proposal for peace! Let's hope everyone makes a few bucks this weekend!  peace_5

AHHHH That's beautiful!peace Now back to football boys....Do you have any thoughts on a possible high scoring shootout showdown in Texas? or are you seeing a bit of a low scoring scenario in this game?
