4) San Diego is practically on the Mexican Border: This may sound like a political topic, but Sanchez is going to be playing against a team that is located in the mecca of illegal immigration. So basically he'll be playing in an environment where all white fans will be yelling so loud to distract Sanchez, and not only to support the home team, but to show that they do not support illegal immigration. Even more of a reason to get loud! (NOTE: No racism intended. Just stating it the way I see it.)
Are you mentally retarted?

In all seriousness, do you think SD is full of anti-immigrant individuals that goto Chargers football games to single out ethnic minority football players? Commonnnn

SD Covers...8 or 9 in the box and make sanchez beat them throwing the ball...He will not hold up under pressure...and has no chance coming from behind...why is SD only -7 it was -9 or more at one point. I Like Dogs, but Fav gets the Bacon here...

Think what you want, folks. In the end, Chargers will roll. Best of luck to all.
Side note: How did the title of this thread change? Whoever changed it must have too much time on their hands. It wasn't meant to be created for your own liking. Very childish!

Maybe 5 years ago. Today, not so much. LT doesnt do much, the Chargers pad his stats during the regular season but they wont care about that in the playoffs.

NO1 can stop LT?!

1) - LaDanian Tomlinson: It doesn't matter that the Jets have the Best run defense in the NFL, even Chuck Norris can't stop LT.
2) - Rex Ryan's confidence: He has claimed that they should be favorites to win the whole thing, but that comment was geared more towards the Wild Card round. During the interviews this week, he kept stating that the Chargers have an 11 game winning streak. Not so confident this week, ey?
3) - The Jets are Jet lagged: After winning last week in Cincy, flying cross country to face the Chargers in a beach temperature has put their body in a different environment, which will result in unfocused behavior. The Chargers will be all charged up, while the Jets will be recovering from jetlag. Time to buy some aspirin!

5) Jets are 9-7 in the regular season: Let's be honest here. The Jets didn't quite make it to the playoffs being more talented than most of the teams in the NFL like the Chargers have. They had a combination of beginner's luck (beating the Pats early in the season), playing the right teams at the right time (Colts and Bengals in the end of the season), and somewhat of an easier than average schedule.Yes I know the defense is #1 ranked in the NFL, but it really didn't appear that way if you watched all their games during the season. The Jets may stick with the Chargers for a little bit, but in the end the Chargers will run away with this one.

They have the best PASS defense. That is SD's strength. Their passing game will be slowed down big time.
I don't know when they are arriving in SD, but if I was in charge, they would have been there already. At least 2 days before the game. Zero jet lag this way.
The Mexican border thing is just moronic. Sanchez was born and lived in Cal his whole life. This is a positive for him, not a negative. It just makes no sense. You are really trying to talk yourself into this one.
Of course the Jets aren't the better team. But remember, the better doesn't always win.
San Diego is pretty poor at stopping the run. Jet's are number one there. San Diego's strength is also the Jets strength.
I think the Jets win this game. I don't think they are better, there is just something about this team RIGHT NOW that leads me to believe they advance.

Now that's the weirdest thing i have ever seen in capping a sports event. Probably, the Sun will rise from the West tommorow.
To say it again, that is the most ridiculous angle i have ever seen in capping a football game.
