    Between game 7 and today he’s averaging 18 ppg, has 15 turnovers and 3-19 from 3, shooting less than 30% from the field. But he’s better than arguably the most skilled offensive player to ever touch a basketball. an_roll_laugh

    youre a thoroughly creepy dude..why the fucc do you insist on repeating the same things over and over and over again?all whilst being wrong at the same time..how the heck would you know who has watched what when speaking to a total stranger?confused

    22 year old curry WAS himself a small poor defending point guard (who could shoot well)..the fugg you on about??the differential being that he most DEFINITELY could not get into the paint,dribble the ball/break down defenders,assist at a high rate,get his own shots and uh......oh,what else??...oh thats right.......LEAD HIS TEAM ON A DEEP PLAYOFF RUN WITH MIDDLING TALENT AROUND HIM.

    trae has a long way to go for what??thats just weird,nothing you say makes sense....to go where?he already gone pretty far i think most would agree...and he FOR DAMN SURE gone alot further than steph at the equivalent age.bigsmile

    You sure seem to confuse team success with basketball skill. But you’re a weird dude so I’m not surprised.

    oh wait,maybe if you could hypothetically replace young with a 22 year old steph (who was basically steve kerr at that stage of his career) then they would do the same,right?reallyhappy...a guy who cant get into the paint,cant finish and set up team-mates,cant draw fouls at any kind of rate and was not ready to be the leader of a serious playoff team yet.....maybe THATS the guy that could take traes place and be "carried" by ron howa....i mean kevin huerter..new_laugh_cry

    you idiots gone from the sublime to the ridiculous with all the reaching you doing to try and avoid looking as bad as what you are.

    Michael Jordan didn’t win a playoff series until he was 24. I bet he just wishes he was as good as a 22 year old Trae Young at that age. :)

But he’s better than arguably the most skilled offensive player to ever touch a basketball.

    no.you impossibly dumb sack of shi.t....NOBODY IS COMPARING HIM TO "ARGUABLY THE MOST SKILLED OFFENSIVE PLAYER TO EVER YADA YADA YADA..."......the point was to compare him to 22 year old steph curry,who wouldnt even crack the fuccing top 200 all-time in terms of most skilled...but you are such an utter braindead dope that we are now 20 FUGGIN PAGES DEEP and you have yet to comprehend the title of the thread.

    22 YEAR OLD TRAE/22 YEAR OLD STEPH.nothing else...can you read???do you get it??will the penny ever drop here??why in the actual fucc you are repeating that bizarre crap about "arguably the most skill...bla bla bla bla bla" is beyond me.its complete garbage and nobody reading this thread understands why you are typing it out over and over again like an automaton.

    just one quick question though...if 22 year old steph was in fact the most skilled offensive player ever then can you please explain to us all where 27 year old curry ranked in that category???an_popcornan_popcornan_popcorn

    because by every single metric known to man the elder curry SHI.TS all over the younger version and for bonus points he could actually lead and carry a team to the nba finals by that point.

    youre a really thick guy.peace_5

    must be absolutely dreadful knowing you or living with you if this is how you "debate".when proven objectively wrong you just repeat ad nauseum the things you are wrong about and hope the other person gives up.what an insufferable,pea-brained prat you must be.

    @melossinglet

    I don’t know what you’re confused about. 22 year old Steph Curry was a much better basketball player than 22 year old Trae young. He was also better at 19 years old, 20 years old, 21 years old, and he’ll be a better 23 year old if Trae doesn’t figure out how to shoot a basketball. Can’t be a poor defending, poor shooting small pg and be better than a 22 year old Steph. Not even close.

    look at his numbers you imbecile!!!!jordans numbers in his first few years were spectacular right away,definitely better than traes and i havent even googled them.....which part of this arent you getting??look back 2 pages and you can see that trae has better overall individual statistics than steph  AND then you factor into the equation that his contribution is part of a winning effort and it makes for a compelling argument,as well as the eye test.anyone can plainly see his impact by watching the games.clearly his mediocre shooting MUST be outweighed by his positives for his team to be doing so well,no???think about it....if his bad shooting (included in his overall floor game) was such a detriment then why is he even allowed on the floor and how the hell does his team keep on winning???particularly when he hasnt got one single other all-star beside him!!!the only guy you could call a "nearly" star is collins..the rest of them are just very solid rotation guys or up-and-comers...just how in the actual fucc is he able to be a centrepiece on an over-matched ECF squad if his shooting is sooooooooooo terrrrrrrible and such a minus??

    jeezus,i cant believe im wasting so much time on someone so incomprehensibly dumb...never argue with an idiot as they say.they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

    @melossinglet

    You have casual basketball knowledge and I think this is your first time watching Trae. He’s played like this for 4 years now including college. Hawks did a good job building a team around him. If 22 year old Steph came in today’s nba, he’d be much better than Trae. That’s why they say Steph changed the game. Trae isn’t changing anything. Poor mans Russell Westbrook. I truly hope he figures out his shooting though, he’d be pretty special, like a Steph Curry.

    Its because your guys basketball knowledge is basic. We’ve seen ball dominant, volume shooting, stat accumulating guards that are poor shooters before. Heck they’ve won MVPs so it’s not like it’s a bad thing. Trae might even win an mvp. There’s just a reason why Steph will go down in history in both college and pros as one of if not the most skilled offensive player ever. It’s because he does what he does with an efficiency and skill level that no one else can. And he’s been like that since a freshman in college and better than Trae at every step of the way. I don’t know what else to tell you. Seems like basketball is just something you don’t know much about.

    yep,if one thing is clear its that you DONT know what else to tell me..new_laugh_sweat..cos like the thicko you are youve just been repeating 48/44/93 most skilled offensi bla bla bla for TWENTY PAGES..an_eek2..when youre thick thats kinda what you do i suppose.

    been like that since a freshman in college..an_roll_laugh...and yet he was never,ever once mentioned as an mvp or all-star at the ages of 21-23 and most definitely had worse production overall than trae at 22 as CLEARLY EVIDENCED on the previous page.

    why is it that you have yet to answer a single question put to you in this entire fuccing thread??

    you were just asked where 27 year old curry ranked if 22 year old curry was the greatest offensive player ever..why did you not answer this rather simple question?

    again,its a total ironic comedy show you are putting on here.you would have to be one of the thickest people in the entire forum and you are here calling others "basic" in their knowledge.youre so docile you think that shooting jumpshots accurately is the ONE AND ONLY important metric in the game...giannis,lebron,kawhi are all lesser shooters than curry and all are better players.and then so are a slew of others such as jordan,magic,shaq by a good margin..i can just sense your tiny little walnut of a brain just about exploding trying to figure out how that can be.....b-b-b-b-b-b-but 48/44/93!!!!how can that be??...48/44/93!!!how come that doesnt win the argument??i thought it was so clever when i posted it...especially the 258th time..i dont understand.confused

    why is it that you have yet to answer a single question put to you in this entire fuccing thread??

    you were just asked where 27 year old curry ranked if 22 year old curry was the greatest offensive player ever..why did you not answer this rather simple question?

    again,its a total ironic comedy show you are putting on here.you would have to be one of the thickest people in the entire forum and you are here calling others "basic" in their knowledge.youre so docile you think that shooting jumpshots accurately is the ONE AND ONLY important metric in the game...giannis,lebron,kawhi are all lesser shooters than curry and all are better players.and then so are a slew of others such as jordan,magic,shaq by a good margin..i can just sense your tiny little walnut of a brain just about exploding trying to figure out how that can be.....b-b-b-b-b-b-but 48/44/93!!!!how can that be??...48/44/93!!!how come that doesnt win the argument??i thought it was so clever when i posted it...especially the 258th time..i dont understand.confused
