    @ThrowDemDarts

    hey there,little guy..i just know you are working up the courage to actually answer some of these questions so when you do get round to it add this one to your list please.

    IF 22 YEAR OLD STEPH CURRY WAS (ALREADY) THE "MOST SKILLED OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF ALL TIME" THEN WHY WAS HE ONLY ABLE TO AVERAGE 18.6 PTS,5.8 ASSTS,3.1 T/OVERS AT 48%?????????????an_popcornan_popcornan_popcorn

    decent numbers for sure...the numbers of a solid,quality nba starter.....but in the history of the game hundreds and hundreds of guys have posted far superior all round offensive results for a seasons work...can you please explain why at 22 his skill (the highest amount of skill ever) didnt translate to better results??

    i mean,trae has better production this year than what curry had and obviously curry is the MOST skilled and waaaaaaay ahead of young...its very odd how someone so skilled was so unproductive,dont you think??

    trae notched 6 points more per game and accounted for about 7 points more offense per game in assists than what curry did with ALL his "skill"....what gives here??what is going on??he shi.ts all over trae in skillset and yet in raw numbers young is responsible for 13 points more PER GAME for his team...man,this is sooooooooo confusing.confused

Can’t be a poor defending, poor shooting small pg and be better than a 22 year old Steph. Not even close.

    You're obviously a weird dude, so I'm not surprised this has to be said but steph curry is one of the most skilled offensive players of all time. At one point, like most human beings that are in their 30s, he was once 22. Not sure what else you're rambling about. And it takes a real basketball casual to point to bulk stats as a reason someone is better. Embarrassing.

    The powers above had selected Steph to be the benefactor of the magnet era. No other ways about it.

    You really think he crushes 40 footers day in day out? It's all about $$. Don't believe it check some of the youtube videos that break down Steph Curry, Kawhi Leonard etc. It's entertainment. Nothing more nothing less.

    @melossinglet

    Never said you couldn’t use stats. Said using bulk stats to prove someone is better is something someone with casual basketball knowledge would do. You’re really struggling with basic things.

    you would think that he would have to be the best player on at least ONE nba finals team,like the rest of the top 10 guys,to be considered in that class...i think he is pretty close though but again,being 4" shorter makes all the difference when we are splitting hairs between the best of the best.

    You need to stop listening to the voices in your head because they’re telling you things I haven’t said. Steph at 22 in the nba shot 48/44/93 with 19/6. Game was different when he came in the league which is why they say he changed the game. You thinking some inefficient ball dominant guard that struggles at defense is better than a 22 year old Steph because he’s accumulated more stats makes sense to me. You don’t seem like you have everything working up top if you know what I mean.

    The "most skilled offensive player of all time" couldn't even get to the rack at 22. Averaged around 4 points in the paint. And he made ridiculous bonehead turnovers. I love Steph Curry. I love the Warriors. I don't think Trae will ever match what Steph has become but Steph was super flawed at 22. Trae's inefficient, ball dominant style, as ugly as it it at times, translated directly to the pros. He distributes the rock. He gets into the paint. He gets to the line, which gets scoffed at, but is extremely important in basketball. Steph looked great at Davidson but it took him several years to find his game at the pro level. It wasn't because of Monta, or the garbage team, it was his own physical limitations. They brought in specialists. Strengthened his body, his ankles. Changed his entire physiology. We was still a work in progress in his first full season without Monta, when he was 3 or 4 years older than Trae is now. You've admitted Steph doesn't distribute the ball as well. You make the excuse that he's not a true PG but he is though. So that's a flaw. The numbers dictate that he wasn't better in the paint. Neither is a good defender. So all you're saying is Steph was a better jump shooter at 22, which nobody can deny. That's a moot point.

You don’t seem like you have everything working up top if you know what I mean.

    voices in my head????surprisedconfused..O M F G.. are you telling me that you NEVER WROTE the words "most offensively skilled player of all time" when referring to 22 year old curry???i mean its only happened about 37 times...because ya know,youre very very dumb or some kind of malfunctioning robot.....jeezus christ,am i gonna have to dig up every single quote of yours to make you look even more stupid than what you already do???sigh.....okay then,here we go.

    p.s. aint no need to start randomly rounding stuff up just to make "your boy" look good..i mean surely the "greatest offensively skilled player of all time" doesnt need that??an_roll_laugh......ACTUAL NUMBERS-18.6 points per game,5.8 assists per game.NOT 19 & 6.thumbs_up

    either way that is fairly paltry production for ALL THAT SKILL that he had at that point in time...you know,being that he was "most skilled in history"bigsmile
