Every GM around the league would take Luka over Trae. I’ll defer to them and not some guy in the next cubicle over.

 BB your my guy but if you asked every GM in the NBA right now, who they want for the next 12 years and i'm pretty certain 100% of them will pick Luka.

Let’s look at Traes playoff run a little. He had a really nice game three but has averaged 13.7 points the other three games, shooting a combined 10-of-37 (27%) from the field and 5-of-23 (21.7%) from deep.

Luka > Trae all day

Steph Curry at 17 years old > current Trae

Trae Young led the league in turnovers in the regular season and also currently leads all playoff teams in turnovers in playoffs... His 3 point shooting % is atrocious..He is nowhere the 3 point shooter Curry was at that age...he needs to stop shooting those 30 foot 3 pointers....He is way too small to carry a team...Heat is showing the blueprint how to shut him down..Just pick him up full court and be physical with him.......Noone is shutting Luka down...Luka is 6'8 point guard that can post you up if need be

Also Curry can play off ball and is one one of the best running around screen and getting open to shoot 3's...Trae's only option is he needs the ball in his hands if not he is not effective...He cannot play off the ball..He is non existent..does not have that game to run around screens to get open and shoot 3's... He is a ball hog and only works when he takes majority of the shots...
