I like your points but I played Lakers the last two games and I felt the covers were pretty lucky... will their luck run out tonight? That's why we gamble boyz. Gl.
I followed the games and you think the Lakers covering even after losing one of their top scorers is lucky?
Not sure where you get to that reasoning but it shows the lakers still got within the number and the suns didn't run them off the floor when they could have easily folded. That same guy will be out tonight too.

2. Avery Bradley - Rondo in 15/20 minutes means Bradley gets the rest. Bradley is not a true PG. The true PG is gone to the Warriors. BUT, you say the Celtics just beat the Atlantic leading Raps with him starting!
Don't know if your bet wins or loses but your notes are incorrect.
1st Phil pressey and Bayless were the point guards for the celts vs. the raptors -
2nd. Bradley has not played PG at all this year, so with Rondo back as PG, Bayless will back him up and pressey maybe getting some minutes.
- again don't know if you win your bet or not I DO KNOW your write up is incorrect.

nice write up scalabrine… i agree beantown shouldn't be laying 7 to anyone but with Lakers super short roster and decimated back court tough game to call imo.. im taking the under 205… i see a game that may see alot of shots due to dantoni's system but not much quality as far as shooting % and 3 pt. %… nick young's pts loss plus rusty 5 min quarters from rondo i see assisting in choppy play… and as far as dantoni's run n gun even he may have to slow it down bc of the lack of players/talent they currently have.. Lakers big men are their best current talent dont think running them down is a smart move.. Taking any under is obviously always risky with the no D shoot quick Lakers but i see this number factoring that in forgetting the weak shooting talent available..
Under is 4-0 in boston's last 4 home games..
JMO… BOL everyone..

Everyone in this forum thinks they like lakers with the points. I don't care what site you check the public perception on. Gambling isn't that easy. Celtics seem like the harder choice correct? The event that is least likely to happen? That's what I'm going with. Good luck

So my entire "write-up" is incorrect because Pressey (who scored all of zero points) brought the ball up court and then dished to Bradley to chuck up 21 shots.
Ok the entire write up is wrong then as are my 'notes.'
Bradley took on a bigger (and worse) offensive role after Crawford left despite the fact he didn't bring the ball past the mid-court line. Pressey is unwilling and unable to put the ball in the basket which makes me like the Lakers even more.
Thank you for bringing him up.

2 D Leaguers and a guy who is recently averaging 20 is out and the Celtics are the harder choice....interesting.

Lost in that win is Bradley shot 8-21 and 67% from the line. He is a chucker at the PG position (since he is not a true Pg) and will cost the Celtics possessions tonight.
Not all of it just what you are saying about Bradley, half of your write up is about Bradley at the PG position, has not played PG all year.
and i missed the part above here that says he will cost the C's possessions. How?
I hope you win, just saying your write up on Bradley is incorrect.

Now half the write up is dedicated to Avery Bradley? I have 5 points, that was one of them, and 10 supplemental paragraphs. That is not even remotely close to half.
And how is Bradley getting a pass from Pressy and chucking (and missing 13 times) when the ball should rotate around the perimeter not consting the Celtics possessions? It's a low quality possession hence he is costing them quality ones. The exact same thing happens with JR in NY.
GL. I know you won't be backing the Celtics despite the Bradley quibble which says something about the Lakers side.

Yeah Bradley has been playing SG. I think Rondo being back improves his play. Also like the Celtics frontcourt against the Lakers. I expect Sully and Humphries to have their way.
Don't know about the spread, I'm more in tune with fantasy and prop plays.

Lakers scare me again. Short roster and points seem meaningless in basketball with foul mania turning 2 point game with 30 secs into 10 point loss but I might as well throw a unit at it.

The problems in Lakerville are numerous and this team is on a historic run of losing. They need W's, and right soon.
This can be a ML play but the 7 is just too big a cushion for me to pass up.
The Celts are not and never will be a meaningless game. There will be a lot of eyes on the Lakers tonight as Rondo returns and the Lakers coming to town in general turns heads no matter how bad.
There's a lot here to get within the number.

Im finding it hard to believe that a team that is on such a streak and needs a win bad will magically bring it together on the road.. Stuff like this needs 2-3 days off with the right amount of hookers to clear the brain and a home game.
I guess im going against the trend and taking the over

You could not say boston is 'desperate' for a win when they just snapped a 9 game losing streak.
3 games in 4 nights means very little to me, since after the nationally televised embarrassment against Clippers, they've covered their last two and could have won both (one team needed 27 from their new star player and the other needed an ejection and the lakers on a b2b).
The point is, the lakers don't have to win. They need to lose by <7. There is a lot of margin for error on the lakers side and virtually none in the celtics side (rondo return = blowout or else...).
3 games in 4 nights doesn't matter? And then you excuse the Laker loss @ PHX b/c it was b2b?
Then you say that Nick Young isn't popular and the Lakers are better off w/o him, but then you say that the PHX loss could be excused b/c of his ejection?
I have no dog in this fight, so I hope you win, but I just don't think it's a lock like you do.
