A nice player? Lol. C'mon. Again I love MJ, but LBJ is one of the 5 greatest TALENTS of all time and he is arguably the most physically dominant with Shaq

Lbj is no doubt a great player.  Top 5?  You guys are retarted, prob not even in ur mid 20's yet and def have never watched basketball at its peak the 80,s till late 90s.  Also every one compares great players to Jordan, not lbj.  Like you walk around and say," dam he's the next lebron".  I do t think so losers.

Struggling to beat Indiana of all teams. Imagine how they'd be faring agaisnt OKC, boston or spurs right now. They wouldn't, they'd be gone.

Maybe your mom should start teaching you how to count in a week

KING LEBRON GETS HIS 1ST RING OF MANY MORE TO COME

THE GUY PROVED TO BE SOOOOOO CLUTCH. This guy is just amazing.

Only a ring seperated him and MJ, and now he is getting the ring, which makes him much better than MJ. King Lebron does it again! The best player to have ever lived on this world! You have to be very stupid if u think MJ is more skillfull.

KING LEBRON JAMES - NBA CHAMPION 2012!!!
I TOLD YOU ALL, KING IS THE BEST! CROWN THE KING, THE KING OF THE WORLD!

Man gotta be so retarded if you think MJ is even close to LBJ, so retarded. many are retarded tho so it doesnt surprise me at all.

THIS IS REALLY LONG, DONT READ IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE 5 MINUTES.
Man, your an idiot, honestly. I've done nothing but try and somehow defend your orginal statements or somehow describe what I think you really meant and now you say this. Come on. LBJ is great but I'm so tired of the extremes. One guy up top saying he's not in the top 20 all time what! Another pointing out all the stuff MJ did in the playoffs but Lebron hasn't stat wise. Well how many times has a player scored 25 points in 14 straight playoff games??? 2, both times, LBJ, never MJ. How many times has a player averaged 30 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the finals??? 3, LBJ TWICE and Oscar Robertson once. MJ 0, Magic 0, Bird 0. So yes LBJ shrunk and sucked in last years finals! But this year and in 2009 he was the most dominating player in the entire series on either team. You can also go the other way and find a TON of things MJ did Stat wise in the playoffs and finals that MJ didn't do but you can find more from Lebron too. The other guy above talking about MJ winning at the High School level, College and NBA. Ok but MJ got cut from his JV high school basketball team, LEBRON was considered by NBA PROS in 8th grade to be better then ALOT of current NBA players at that time. Go back and read the articles. Also he lead his High School team and was playing other top 10 teams weekly on local and a little bit of national tv as St. Vincent - St. Mary's would go schedule games across the country vs top schools. MJ just played other local schools. LBJ skipped college, MJ didn't. And MJ didn't because he didn't want to, he didn't because he wasn't considered good enough at the time, which he's said publicly that if he could have made the jump he would have probably done it. Yes not many players went straight to the NBA, I can think of Moses Malone and 1 other but you were able too. MJ was also on consensus top 5 best college team of all time. FACT: MJ WAS NOT THE LEADING SCORER ON THAT TEAM. FACT: HE WASN'T EVEN THE SECOND LEADING SCORER. He was behind James Worthy and Sam Perkins. Your honestly going to tell me there is a single team in college LBJ would have gone to and not lead his college team in probably not just points for sure, but assists and rebounds too his freshman year? And for sure his next 3 years if he played all 4. FACT: MJ WAS NOT THE FIRST PICK OVERALL AND WASNT THE 2nd PICK EITHER AND IN ALOT OF PEOPLS EYES AT THE TIME MAYBE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED 5th BEHIND 4th overall Sam Perkins and 5th overall Charles Barkley. FACT: LBJ WAS THE FIRST PICK AND NOT A SINGLE RIGHT MINDED PERSON IN THE UNIVERSE thought he wasn't. ::::CONTINUED BELOW 7800 CHARTER MAX::::

LBJ has gone to the finals with arguably the worst 2 coaches of ALL TIME to reach the finals in Mike Brown and Spolstra. MJ went to management/ownership and DEMANDED Doug Collins (whose a pretty good coach) be fired and they hire Phil Jackson. He had a now Hall of Fame coach with the most influential system in the triangle to come along in the last 30 years just like Bill Walsh with the West Coast offense in San Fran. FACT: Go back and read all the articles from the late 80's to 1991. All the talk was MJ was just a scorer and never would be Magic or Bird. Then he won and it all changed and everyone got compared to him. No different then Peyton Manning, Elway or AROD. In fact I'd compare Elway and Lebron very closely. Elway went out of his way to dictate where he went BEFORE doing anything in the pros, at least LBJ gave 2 contracts and 2 chances to The CAVS to add pieces around him and obviously got tired of it just like CAVS fans did prior to LBJ leaving. Elway kept getting to the big game like LBJ and kept getting DESTROYED in it like LBJ. Like LBJ giving up a 2-0 series lead last year, Elway gave up a super bowl halftime lead to lose by what 40 points? Elway was considered a top 10 QB but not in the argument of the best of all time. Then he wins 2 and is in almost everyone's top 3 and alot of people's Number 1 of all time including myself. With ALL THIS SAID, MJ was by far the most dominating player of the 90's and proved it with great regular seasons including a 70 win season and 6 championships. MJ is the best non center of all time and I don't think this is a really debateable. Is he better then Wilt or Bill Russel? I don't know, I didn't see them play and a Center is a whole different game. And like with everything as time goes on the legend grows. MJ did not score 50 in every playoff game like people act like. He did not play great in every playoff game. He did not have the flu or overcome a family death in every playoff game. He did not hit every game winning or game tying shot in the last 2 minutes of a playoff game. In fact, he didn't even average %50 FG pct in that role. But, he was the best closer of all time IMO. He was the best at taking over games. He is better then LBJ at this point. But let's see 10 years after Lebrons career ends how he is looked at. MJ was looked at by alot as a non team player and selfish and obsessed with himself until he won that 1st championship. I think the people who argue MJ was head and shoulders better then LBJ are seeing thru Bulls Red colored glasses. I also think anyone who tries to say LBJ is better then MJ at this point have no idea how MJ changed the game in so many ways, from the amazing dunks, to the fadeaway to the crossover as we now know it, to the palming of the ball making him so dominat they changed the rule. The both have their place in the legacy of the NBA. MJ will always be the tradional scorer and amazing closer who lead his team to 6 championships against other hall of farmers in those finals series without ever really facing a challenge. Magic will always be looked at as the best PG in history with the ability to dominate when needed to but making people better was his game. Bird will always be the traditional white guy sterotype who could hit shots from anywhere with both his eyes closed and his hands tied around his back. But what people forget about Bird is how great of a rebounder he was. Magic did not play defense at all and don't want to. Bird couldn't, MJ was the best non center defender of the 90's hands down. LBJ is a hybred of all 3, he's got a lot of the passing for Magic but not quite there, alot of the rebounding of Bird but not quite there, alot of the scoring moves of Jordan (which MJ invented) and alot of the scoring stats of MJ but not quite there. Put it all together though and it makes for an unbelievable talent. IN a 1 on 1 backyard game both at age 26, give me Lebron. The 2012 Heat vs any of the Bulls championship teams with Rodman on them and I'll take the Bulls. I do think this Heat team could beat the the first 3 peat Bulls 4 of 10 times in 10 7 game series. Anyway that's my outlook on this whole debate. Sorry about the ridiculous length, but I am just tired of responding to continuous threads and just figured to get it off my mind once and all.

Fact, MJ did not call bird and magic to create the "BIG 3" in Chigaco.

Fact, LBJ would not even have a chance at a ring if not fer the likes of having to other stars playing with him to pick up his slack.

Fact, LBJ would have never gotten a ring if he stayed with Cavs.

Fact, MJ did not have to take a pay cut or shop fer a new team when he won championships.

So u dum retards get why LBJ is a bum compared to MJ?
