I personally disagree with the way Phil Jackson is handling Kobe's minutes during the playoffs. From a wagering standpoint... I could careless... because I've been on Boston since Game 1. But... Phil usually rests him a tad more... He is fatigued and it's finally catching up to him. The extra 2-3 minutes... does wonders on the bench.

Hot Route...Good call...Kobe is a marvelous physical player, sometimes.....and he occasionally has looked like a closer too. I lived in Bos from 76-85 and then in Chi from 86-now. Kobe isn't even in the league with guys like Jordan OR BIRD when it comes to the ability to raise his game and to make his supporting cast look like stars along the way...not occasionally, but consistently. He is in the discussion of the 10 or so, best players...but no way is he close to Jordan (at least, not yet)

I disagree. Lebron James will be better then Jordan. The kid is only 24 years old and has already been to the Finals (at age 23) with an atrocious supporting cast. He is stronger, passes better and is just as athletic as Jordan. No one in this league, or in any league period, can cover him. Jordan was 28 when he got to and won his first Finals. So that gives Lebron 4 years to develop a better jump shot. I guarantee that Lebron wins a title before he turns 28.
