Muggsy, I've been on this site a pretty long time, and dont chime in to often but you have to be one of the most annoying / arrogant people I have some across in quite some time. You pop up all over the place always talkin the same old $hit actin like you're smarter then everyone else...

Of course. I'm pretty useless compared to you or to Mikado if you consider 'handicapping input'. I just find it retarded that long-time posters can be so clueless as to seriously get riled up by someone else's thread getting 20x the views and feedback. How does a person (I presume, an adult) with so much intellect fail to realize that those 'views and feedback' are 90% useless? How can that thread make him jealous?

By far the worst effort I have seen out of the Magic all season.
Shooting 50% from the free throw line?
Fucking pathetic
Miami has spanked a few elite teams so far this season. This game is turning ugly, just like the one at the Lakers.
Both teams are legit contenders IMO. A playoff series between these two should last at least 6 games... slight edge to Miami unless Howard can shoot 60% free throws game in and game out.

From what I saw out of the Heat in the past couple games...they are learning how to get out and run...and play solid defense. I think for a while there they struggled to find the right balance. The reason why they beat the Thunder on Sunday was they stepped up late and played great defense...and also were able to put the foot on the gas pedal and get some fast break points. If you want to throw their scrimmage the other night against the Cavaliers in there...then they did the same thing. Dwayne Wade has been incredible in the past couple weeks...hitting a very high percentage of his shots. This has been probably the biggest reason why they are playing so well. Mike Miller has not stepped up and done what he was supposed to do...so Wade's shooting has been critical. Against the Knicks he went 14-22 and 34 points...against the Thunder he finished 13-22 and 32 points...the other night against the Cavs he shot 13-21 from the field, and had 34 points once again. The thing I noticed about those teams (Knicks/Cavs/Thunder) is that they don't really play great team defense....something we will also see out of the Magic tonight. The Magic play decent individual defense with Howard and Nelson...but also have quite a few mental lapses as well. I will look for another huge game out of D-Wade...LeBron will put up his 25-30 as usual.
Another reason why I really like the OVER in this game is what the Magic have done on Thursday Nights since their acquisition of Arenas, Richardson, and Turkoglu. Their first big time Thursday Night game was on December 23rd against the Spurs. In that game they shot a ridiculous 13 for 25 on 3-pointers...shot 60% from the field...had 7 guys in double figures...and put up a crisp 123 points. A week later on December 30th they played another big time Thursday Night game against the New York Knicks. The Knicks weren't as hot as they were for their game against the Celtics...but they were still among the top teams in the East at that time. The Magic put up 112 points...hit 9 three-pointers...had 7 guys in double figures once again...and outrebounded the Knicks 51-35. Dwight Howard had one of his better games with 24 points and 18 rebounds. The Orlando Magic had their most recent Thursday Night game on January 13th where they traveled to Oklahoma City. This game was by far Dwight Howard's biggest game of the year...as he put up 39 points and 18 rebounds. The Magic shot incredibly well from 3 once again...hitting on 14 of their 28 attempts. They only had 4 guys in double figures...but also had the other four guys that played come within a basket of reaching it as well. This game was very high scoring, as the Thunder came away with a nice late victory 125-124.
The Magic step up under the spotlight. On Thursday Nights they buckle down and put up some big points. All three games since the trade have gone over the total. The Magic shoot the ball incredibly well from 3...something that fuels them without a doubt. Dwight Howard seems to put in a little extra effort as well. The Spurs/Knicks/Thunder don't have a true big man that can guard Howard 1-on-1 which allows him to kick out to an open man when the double team comes. This is something that I can really see the Heat struggling with as well. I'm not going to go as high of a play as I did with the Nuggets...but this game (and even scarier a total) will be another big play for me.

Thursdays in the NBA don't normally interest me bud. Been 3-1 so far this week. Only loss was a very small bet on the Kings ML over Boston the other day.

I don't really know what you are talking about. Nobody was saying you are useless. Don't think like that! You are a human and your life and voice is worth something.
As to how that thread could make somebody jealous I would have no idea. The whole thread is lunacy. I'm not quite sure that anybody would envy that thread with the amount of errors (and the 90% uselessness like you said) going on in it.
I more so feel sad that people get duped into following a cheaters plays, regardless if they are winning - it is not ethical.
