Why not face facts, accept defeat, move on to another pastime where you could actually enjoy yourself instead of slowly dig your own grave?
Quit now, stop following all sports and find other things to spend your time on rather than gambling...you clearly don't have the DNA to win at this, so common sense would say stop losing money immediately and just quit,,,unless you are in denial that you have an addiction. If that's truly the case, seek therapy and find out what trauma from your past has caused you to manifest escapism from your real life's stressors and issues which you are running away from.
Truth & facts can be brutal to hear at first, but they cannot be altered, and eventually almost everyone who doesn't end up in jail or dead by suicide from their savage gambling addiction comes to see this truth at some point in their lives and say to themselves one of their biggest regrets was not seeking help to quit sooner.
You know I'm right, what you choose to do is up to you
