If we don't see Scott Foster tomorrow, I'll be very disappointed

    With Scott Foster: 4-4 (.500)
    Without Foster: 33-7 (.825)

Feel bad for GS.  Adam Silver wants it 2-0

All I know is that Foster is a company man. That's why the Sixers got 30 FT in game 7 against the Raptors. The league wanted Philly to advance. It was obvious as day. But Leonard ruined the party.

You are looking at this the wrong way, and I don't have time to teach you. Foster does his master's bidding. When GS is a juggernaut and rolling, of course he will be asked to restore competitive balance to keep things interesting, but I don't think that will be the case tonight because GS is need of some help to keep things close/interesting.

this may be a little out there, but when Foster was inserted into those games with the above record Warriors were the unstoppable force and thus he was sent in to stop the massacre...it would be interesting if someone went back and looked at those 8 games with Ws and see what the series was like at that moment, I'd imagine those 4 losses kept the opponent from being swept or gave them their lone win

point being, it may be Warriors that need rescuing now and Foster may have been sent in for that reason, kinda ironic after all these years but that's the way I see it...I don't see a ref as anti any team, rather I see them as pro-agenda and it just happens to be for the 1st time in last 5 years Ws are the team in need of a little ref influence

Exactly! It will be interesting to see how this plays out. But if I was Foster, I'm putting Siakam in foul trouble early.

Don't you agree that it's pathetic we're even having this conversation about veteran refs doing this or that? The NBA has, and is a total joke, along with other college, and pro sports!

    1) He took a 73 win team to the finals, up 3-1, and blew it! Absolutely blew it. I'll give him a pass for the Green suspension, but that game 7 loss, PLEASE! The best scoring team in NBA history went scoreless for almost 4 minutes of the 4th. He could not draw up a play to get a bucket! He was that inept! Or his head was exploding from those migraines. Then he put Ezili on LBJ with the Warriors up by 7 in the 4th, and LBJ torches him. All this to say, the guy is closer to a KC Jones or a Pat Riley than a Popovich or even a Phil Jackson.

    2) Going down 3-2 against a Rocket team with one all-star when your team has 4! Give me a freakin break. Don't tell me you were impressed by that.

    3) His two greatest coaching moments (when his team should have lost).
    1) Game 6 at OKC. Play saves his bacon by having one of the greatest clutch playoff performances of all time.Kerr did not do garbage to deserve credit for that win. No great adjustments or play calls. In fact, he was shaking his head every time Klay launched a 30 footer. I watched that game 5 times, and Kerr was literally saying no, on, no, yes, yes, yes!

    2) Game 6 at Houston. Curry saves his bacon by going off in the 2nd half and scoring 33 points. If Curry does not have a historic 2nd half, Warriors don't win the game.

So no, I'm not impressed with Kerr. No more than I was with KC Jones.

I guess it's not too late to admit a mistake:

Refs did their job tonight, as predicted. Got raps in foul trouble early and late. Just enough to give the road team the edge. Thank you Scott Foster!

this thing is far from over, Warriors if nothing have been vulnerable at home this season, you can say it was regular season and they didn't care to put forth the effort but when a visiting team gets hot, like Toronto can, then they can rack it up...I see raps winning 1 in Oakland and leaving 2-2 so we get back to Roaracle for G6

Raptors shot more FTs. They shot 9 more in the 2nd half, which is when the Warriors made there run.

What are you thanking Foster for? You don’t even post plays. Been watching from the sidelines.

Quinn Cook’s 3-3 from deep is what sealed the win for GS and putrid horrific defense by Gasol in the paint, allowing 3,4 lob layups.

    26 personal fouls GS

    24 personal fouls Toronto

Toronto lost this game in the 3rd qtr when they were asleep for 6 minutes. Not Scott Foster. Not this game buddy.

You guys are kidding, right? You can't be serious. It's not about the # of fouls, or # of free throws. It has never been about that, or only about that. Refs even things out as the game goes along to make chumps like you think it was all fair and square. Did you not see when those fouls came? Who they were on? How they impacted the flow of the game? All you look at is the box score? The refs kept the warriors in the game when they were floundering and were about to let go of the rope. The late fouls on the warriors were pretty meaningless, as the they were in control by that point. Really, if this is the level of analysis on covers (i.e., the final box score) I'll have to go elsewhere.

    The refs ruined the game

You can make a case dubs deserved to win

Assuming that's the case it still was utterly painful to be strung along by bad calls on one team or the other

Are you Borderline retarded or just super slow.

The Refs can't control Golden State hitting big 3 after big 3. You know what they can control. They can call non sense when they Raptors are down 10 so the game can be closer. Kawhi shot 16 Free Throws. 12 of them probably in the last 14 minutes when Toronto was getting waxed AT THE SAME TIME Golden State was hitting 3's.

Thats the beauty of the NBA. The refs can only do SO much. They tried they tried hard but when Siakim Van Vleet and Danny Green go 1-5 down the stretch in the last 4 minutes the Refs can only call so many fouls to make it look like a game.

I love how no one is talking about how Golden State scored 3 points in the last 5:20.

Golden State should have won by 15.

    Raptors are in trouble.

Thank god for the refs keeping Toronto in the game at the end. Golden State would have blown them out.
